Get Pyle for a smile!
This is a marvelous car/boat radio! I set it up on bench before installing on the boat and it performed like a charm. Great clear plentiful sound, great features, like EQ options, sound bass, treble, balance adjustments, Bluetooth, CD player auto/manual selections for tracks, repeat, random, etc.The layout of the white panel couldn’t be more ergonomic, natural, logical and beautiful. The display is bright, just what you need on a boat with bright daylight.I installed the radio on the boat about two years ago and it worked fine. I didn’t take the boat on the water since I installed it but I started the engine about every two three weeks and turned on the radio and the CD player while the engine was running, no problem. However, the last time I turned it on the lights didn’t come on, the radio had no power, it didn’t work. I checked the fuse which was good and the power coming to the radio from the battery; the power was getting in through the connector but the internal power circuit didn’t deliver voltage to the unit.The warranty is only for one year so I don’t think Pyle will repair or replace the unit without charge. This is a big disappointment for me and will contact them soon. I will make another review after I get a response from them. Initially I gave a five star review but as a result of the breakdown of the radio recently, I changed it to one.

Excellent Marine Radio
Very impressed with this unit. We installed it in our 25 year old Catalina hot tub and love it. The blue tooth function works great. The unit was paired with (4) new Rockville 5.25 inch speakers and sounds great.

Constant battery drain
It is a good stereo. The mp3 connection works. It plays CDs. The radio works well and it has good power. However, the display light stays on even when the radio is off. So, the radio will run down the battery. Not good for a boat that does not get constant use. If this problem was corrected, I would have given it 5 stars.
