Unusable
This tool is supposed to have a notch where I am pointing, to hook on a nail beneath a shingle so the nail can be pulled out. On one side there is only a faint grove. On the other side there isnât even a grove and the corner is missing. Quality control is completely absent on this.

Not ready for use required some grinding
First time using this tool I used it to remove nails from behind cedar shingle siding at first it wouldnât grab nothing so I had to grind the hooks in with a diamond blade on my angle grinder that did the trick although some nails wouldnât quite catch and I would have to jam the tool back up to bend em the other way and then re hook and pull em itâs a learning curve I want to add a bevel to the hooks for better grab like Iâve noticed on other brands maybe with a die grinder or round file it gets really exhausting on the wrists and I would recommend using a mini hand sledge hammer rather than your typical claw hammer hit it with one hard blow and wear hearing protection once you get good you can clean the nails out quickly and cleanly but itâs a learning curve I hope this review helps someone else

Heavy Duty
Well made without a crappy weld at the bend- heavy tool. Haven’t used it yet but just handling it, it seems very durable.

Heavy and poorly made.
Poorly made and too heavy to use for extended periods. Avoid.

Worth the investment
Removed and patched wood shingle siding. It worked well for reaching under shingle shakes and removed nails.

Broke quickly
This tool didnât handle the cedar shake repairs I had to do. First the head came off and then the handle came apart from the bar itself.
