Was sceptical of the quality for the price, but boss products have good sound quality when paired with their speakers. My stereo game with the CD player as we often travel to remote areas with no cell phone coverage and experienced a higher sound quality playing a CD vs BT. The BT still works great and the sound quality is acceptable only down side is your phone needs to be with in 5 feet but not an issue for my use. My remote only worked a foot away from the unit, after changing the battery, the remote works ok⦠from 5 – 8 feet away. Would definitely buy again for the price.

Dropped it into a Jeep Yj. It has been rained on this summer and it definitely still functions as new. As far as pushing out sound quality, we have no amps connected. And it is decent for output. If you want something a little more rocking, you would definitely need to add the amp.

Unit stopped working after less than 10 hours of use, the unit looks good but not worth the money, I couldnât return it because it was installed months after I purchased it, STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNITNOT RECOMMENDED

Good for replacing the old unit in my boat. Does all that it needs to and as advertised. Good purchase. My boat just had a basic 4 speaker stereo, I don’t know how it would fair with much more but it’s great for the price point.

hook up was easy, just replaced with the same one that was in my boat. The last one which was the same make and model only lasted 3 years, so hope this one will last longer! Took a long to to arrive!
