Brinks didn’t disappoint! And get the fingerprint reader!
Brinks is a great brand and it shows in this product. It works very well with the keypad, fingerprint, or even the 2 keys included, although I have never carried them since installing this. It’s such a great value compared to other costly options and no need for a subscription.I’m so happy I decided on the fingerprint reader option! It’s so easy to use and great when your hands are full. Love that you can program multiple combinations and fingerprints. It’s easy to add or remove the codes and fingerprints or reset the system to start over again.I was worried about self-installing but found the instructions very easy to follow. I had a question on programming and was able to reach a live, friendly person late on a Sunday through the Brinks 800 number listed in the instructions.Now we don’t have to carry keys when we travel! It’s the luxury item I didn’t realize I needed.

Great Door Lock
Installation was it’s super easy and works as advertised. Fingerprint reader can be a little challenging, and sometimes multiple attempts are needed to unlock. This is pretty typical, and did that stop us from buying a second one.

It is a great lock! It is easy to install! The programming takes a minute. You have to set the button code and then the finger print code. You can add up to 10 finger prints! Mine works great the prints after mine arenât working. I will have to reset them. The positive is that they can still use the code! It is quiet and opens easily! ! Looks great! Great price ans well! Over all, I like it!

Brink lock
This lock is amazing. We had a EUFY and it was complete garbage and didn’t last a full year and was faulty. So we decided to try a Brink and we love it. It was easy to install. It fit the door great. Great value for the money. The battery life seems to be great too.

Super convenient!
Had to trim up the door so that the strike sits flush with the edge of the door, and make the hole a little bigger. After doing that, everything works perfectly. These don’t have a whole lot of torque, so it’ll jam up anything binds or rubs as it’s trying to lock or unlock. This is expected with pretty much any door lock.As for the setup, it’s exactly like our old Brinks deadbolt which only had a keypad- you have to do a “key dance” for programming, which the instructions will walk you through. Once it’s set up, you shouldn’t have to mess with it. Fingerprint reader is spot on every single time, regardless of the angle. Very impressed with that!

Works like a charm – easy to install and easy to use
Pretty easy to install, took me about an hour to figure it out. Love the fingerprint entry, huge plus and super convenient. Drawback is I cannot find a place to register the warranty, will have to call them on that.

Lock didnât work, but excellent customer service
The locked was easy to install and locked nice. However, I could not get the lock or the replacement lock to work. The customer service representative was nice, knowledgeable, and helpful, but her suggestions could not overcome either the mechanical or software flaws. I ended up returning the product and re-i stalling the original manual lockâ¦that works.

Best digital lock Iâve ever had
Iâve had several different brands of digital door locks but this one is by far the best! It works consistently and the batteries last for a long time compared to other brands. I will buy this again when I replace the other locks.

I like these units so much I kept buying more. The biometric lets you pick and finger and it is pretty reliable. I haven’t tested the battery life but I love the timer as well before relocking. Handy if you just want to walk out and walk away without worrying if you locked up or not. Super convenient to just place a finger of your choice on the reader and gain entry. No complaints, works well and the instructions were thorough. Not online at all which is what we preferred for this application.

It is very good lock, can use key, code or finger print. Now I can open the door more easily with finger just press once

This lock unit is very nice looking and looked easy to put in, but it took my contractor and a friend about two hours to finally get it working only with the thanks of calling the customer service line which was totally helpful as it was so complicated to program, but itâs working fine so far

Fonctionne tres bien et pas trop compliqué, le dos est en plastique noir par contre, seul chose je lâavais acheté pour mon père assez âgé et il ne semble pas prendre les empreintes trop usées par le temps car pour lui il ouvre 2 ou trois fois après plus rien le lecteur ne prend plus rien, ce qui est pas le cas avec moi où ça ouvre à tout les coups depuis plusieurs mois
