12 month bill and receipt organization
I bought this for our small business. It has a pocket for each month of the year. You write the months on so you could start it at any month but luckily I’m starting in January and it should get me through the whole year. We struggle finding a home for the expense receipts (for us, fuel and truck repairs.) I like that you can put the receipt in the pocket and write exactly what it is for on the log. We try to remember what the receipts ate for but let’s get real… We can’t hold it together to remember any more like we used to. I gave it 5 stars because It was fairly cheap, I think, for such a nice way to organize. It is not bulletproof material (just a heavier paper), but should be enough for what we need it to do. I appreciate how cheap it was to try it and if we like it we will buy a new one for next year. We also need a calendar separately, but I’m glad that the receipts don’t have to be handled daily each time that we need to write on the calendar. This seems great just for receipts. One could easily use it to store the bills in I guess if you were using it for home organization.

GOOD FOR SOOO MUCH MORE THAN BILLS!
Ihave a spiral book like this one that I have been using for thirteen hears. The spiral is large so it holds up to overstuffing. The spiral is plastic as well so it doesn’t become bent and make it difficult to open. I do use one pocket to hold a couple months or bill statements. I use a pocket for miscellaneous or mail to follow up on. I keep an envelope for receipts I might need later. I keep a few empty envelopes and stamps in one. One pocket is for various running lists of details I will be needing in the future. I use a pocket to hold papers and mail that I need to file away later. I have blank paper in one pocket, index cards in one. If I buy a birthday card to send I can tuck it in there so I don’t misplace it. I have kept an envelope with a few greenbacks in it in case I need to tip the pizza deliverer, or someone should need to borrow a twenty or something. Okay okay. you get the point..This book looks sturdy and I hope it last as long as the last the one. I hate to throw the other one away, it feels like good friend. Basically this little spiral book is much like a handbag – it holds all your “stuff” !!

Best product for the best price!!! Very useful for bill paying. It has a nice area to write all your bills each month and keept track. Love the envelope part on each page to keep the bills in and important things.

Simple way to organize your bills but 2 pockets missing
I liked these bill organizers very much because they didnât have all the extra things that others have. I just wanted a simple bill organizer and this is it, but I ordered 5 altogether so I could give to my family. Well, I just took out mine and in writing in the months it is missing 2 pockets. So I donât have November & December to keep track of. I would have given 5 stars but reduce it to 3 because I canât use this one. Itâs useless. I am so disappointed. It seems this one was returned and the last 2 pockets were removed.
