Died after 2+ months
It made nice coffee for 2+ months and now the clean warning comes on constantly, stopping the brewing process. I cleaned it when the warning first came on, even though 1.5 months seemed a little too soon. Now, even after running it through the clean cycle a dozen or more times, the clean warning continues to come on and the brewing stops.The coffee was very good. The temperature was perfect and the insulated carafe kept the coffee warm for a surprisingly long time. The interface is simple and clear.

Disappointing from a Capresso fan
I too have loved my Capresso machines for past 15 years, but this one leaks on pouring, every time, and is clunky in brewing. It stops mid brew and just gives up sometimes. I wish I could return it but the window has closed.

Difficult to use, coffee is sub par
I have loved my past Capresso machines but this particular design is just horrible. Very difficult to put water in the machine, very slow brewing, clunky touchscreen, lid cascades condensation when lifted, coffee flavor is not strong no matter how strong the brew setting is andâ¦the carafe does not stay hot like their other models. In short, this is the worst coffee machine I have ever purchased and such a let down from the Capresso brand. Do yourself a favor and scroll past this one.

Water reservoir does not fully empty
Perhaps this coffee maker was defective, but after brewing and waiting for the beep to signal it was done, water remained in the reservoir. The design of the thermal carafe makes it hard to pour and empty as well. Loved my old Capresso coffee maker. Newer is not better in this case. Returned it due to the problem with water not fully emptying from the reservoir.

Former Capresso Fan
I am so glad others had the same experience. One brew in 6 pours all over the counter. I’ve used Capresso 20 years but this design is horrible. I was hoping they had redesigned but…guess not
