Great starter kit for an Ebike-obsessed teen
Got this for my 14-year-old son so heâd have his own tools to work on his E-bikes. He was immediately into it- unzipped the case, started checking everything out, and called out a few details right away. His favorite part is the little screwdrivers he really wanted the kind where the ends spin so you can tighten without constantly readjusting your grip. He likes that nothing feels flimsy, and the tools are actually usable.Extra points for me for matching the color to his bike!Received it today and heâs already used it twice. This is a great middle-ground kit: Iâll probably end up sharing it now and then.

Incredible value – coming from a tool snob
So the â1 clickâ button finally bit me. This came to my doorstep and I had NO idea where it came from. My roommate had been asking about a super basic tool kit to be had cheaply. I guess I ordered it while scrolling. I have 6 full size tool chests (yes, standing ones) full and literally top of the top of the line tools. Yet I didnât send this one back. Hereâs why -I use a lot of tools. More even than most professionals. Iâm a general contractor at work, and a woodworker and gunsmith and all around tinkerer at home.Why do I recommend this set to anyone who wonât desperately miss $20? Because these tools are just under the par of the basic/ok big box store regular tools. Iâve probably received 10-20 tool kits with cheap-from-China true junk. Like the kind that a lot of times wonât even get you by in a pinch. This is not that. I would describe these as a perfect homeowners kit. The steel in these tools is impressively hard, particularly in the bit set. I broke, damaged, or generally rendered unusable 6 screwdrivers in the month of April. The bit set included with this is higher quality and harder than any no-name brand youâll find. The Allen wrenches are slightly less hard than most of my others, but by design, Allen keys arenât going to take on too much damage.For a homeowner that sticks to putting together furniture, hanging things, maybe a little appliance work, etc, you canât go wrong here. If you know what youâre doing you could even do a bit of light duty mechanic work. Add a drill and a saw and youâve got some incredible versatility here.This kit is set up to cover as many bases as possible in as little pieces as possible. For instance, instead of including a metric and SAE set of sockets, they include the odd SAE size that would be the metric. I wish a lot of my more expensive tools would do this (in some cases). Same with the Allen keys. They donât include a 6mm Allen key. A common size. 1/4â is typically too big, but they do include a 6mm hex bit which would take its place.If you can only have one tool or tool set for twenty bucks, make this one it – you wonât be sorry.

Attention la taille des clés est en pouce. Les outils ne tiennent pas très bien en place dans la boîte. Dès que vous fermé la boîte, les outils se détachent de leurs emplacements.Pour la qualité des outils, à voir dans le temps…pour du petit petit bricolage ça devrait aller je pense

The best tip I can give to anyone is always buy a cheap tool set which has everything youâll ever need, youâll realise which tools youâll want to invest in long term by the amount you use them. Fantastic quality, vast array of tools you wouldnât even think youâd need and a perfect box to hold them all.Couldnât recommend this product more for anyone moving into their first home or someone looking for a tool kit for a rainy day
