This foundation is everything Iâve been looking for! The 040 Neutral Hazel shade matches my skin perfectly, and the formula melts in like a second skin. It’s lightweight but buildable, so I can wear it sheer for everyday or layer it for more glam days. My skin feels hydrated thanks to the hyaluronic acid and watermelon seed oil, and it gives a healthy, dewy finish without looking oily. I also love that itâs vegan and cruelty-freeâhuge bonus. Color match was hard . It came a little lighter thank I wanted but I use a bronzer with it . The coverage is great . A little bit goes along way . Thick but not cakey For the money itâs worth it if you like full coverage .

Great price. Good coverage. Would not recommend for mature dry skin. It goes on very powdery and settles into wrinkles and has a drying drawing affect. At least for me. Has good pigmentation, goes on easily and did not have build up the coverage. For me, it how it sit on the skin after application that was the draw back.

Natural Matte finish, not dewy
The foundation IS nice. HOWEVER. It is NOT a dewy foundation like mentioned in some reviews.The bottle states it is a natural matte finish and I 100% agree. It would be a lovely finish for combo skin or oily skin, but not dry skin like mine.It does look like skin, it performs well, it is durable, natural and hydrating( compared to other matte foundations)..but mind you.. it is not as hydrating as an actual dewy finish foundation.

Drywall plaster! Avoid!
I was so excited to try this after seeing multiple beauty influencer demos. What a disappointment. I don’t know on what planet this is supposed to be “lightweight, buildable and hydrating.” I applied a couple of “pumps” of the product and when I went to blend it, it smeared across my face in a thick layer like drywall plaster that completely obliterated my natural skin tone. It started drying and becoming chalky almost instantly, so I struggled to get it to blend which meant basically smashing it into my pores. I looked like a cadaver. I tried to wash it off but my regular makeup remover barely made a dent, so I had to get anti-grease dishwashing liquid to remove it.The color also seems off. I recently got the Catrice True Skin High Cover Concealer in 002 Neutral Ivory and the color works on my fair skin. So I got this foundation also in 002 Neutral Ivory thinking they would match exactly. They don’t. The foundation is probably two shades lighter than the concealer, which is fine if you’re an albino.Overall, Catrice has some explaining to do. This product was a waste of my time. Please don’t advertise it as lightweight, buildable and hydrating when you literally need anti-grease dishwashing liquid to get it off.

I love this foundation! It has great coverage without feeling heavy or cakey. It goes on smoothly and leaves my skin looking even and natural. The texture is really niceâlightweight and comfortable all day. Definitely one of the best Iâve tried!

High coverage, natural looking, easy to blend, not much needed so lasts a long time. I’m pale with oily t zone. Wanted something that looks dewy, not too matt. I can powder over the top and can use lightly under the eyes. Lasts well with a mid day blot. The texture is light but feels like a cushioned liquid if that makes sense! Transforms my face very easily. Mixes well with bronzing drops and takes powders over the top well. Highly recommend for the value and the results.
