I spent a lot of time going back and forth between knife cases and I am glad I settled on this bag. The fabric is heavy duty and feels like it will last for years and years. The knife storage is exceptional. The largest knife it holds is a 270mm Yanagi, 19” overall length. The elastic straps are nice to keep knives from shifting. There are plenty of slots for smaller tools and some mesh pockets for other items.The rest of the bag has tons of space. The biggest compartment has two sleeves for a laptop and tablet or notebook plus plenty of space for a chef coat and a spare. It is up against the back so there is some thick mesh padding and another hidden pocket. The compartment in front of the tools is large enough for a pad folio. I keep mine there because I think it offers a little extra padding for knives. There are a couple smaller pockets on the front that are perfect for thermometers, pens, pencils, small notebooks, etc.Some reviews mentioned poor zipper quality. The zippers on my bag are just fine. I like that they are sewn with the flat side out to help prevent snagging.Don’t waste your time like I did and go ahead and buy this bag. You won’t be disappointed.

Not worth the money, quality low end for the price
Way to expensive for the quality, I didn’t use it much, before the seams started to come undone where the zipper connect, the zipper also has gaps resulting in the Is paracourt to come loose.

Room for improvements but love the bag all In all.
Front pocket placement, interferes with zipping front bottom pocket. Back panel should unzip fully like knife pocket panels. All in all I love the bag. Definitely has room for improvement, in design of panel layouts.

Feeling like a Culinary Rambo! Built for kitchen battles!
Previously bought a Chef Sac and saw they had this new one and said to myself that it’s time for an upgrade! Glad I picked this bad boy up. The tactical knife backpack does the job and looks f-ing awesome! Bigger than my other Chef Sac so I could carry more – my knives, tools, apron, laptop, tablet, pretty much anything and everything. Easily fits a 12″ knife so if you have a longer blade, this bag is for you. The design caught my attention and my crew approves. Got a few mates hooked on this backpack as well haha.Quality wise, this backpack is very tough and well built. If its anything like their other products, I have no doubt this will hold up. Really happy with how I can fit everything in one place now, feel like Rambo with this on my back!

Ha sido una muy buena adquisición, es una mochila ideada inteligentemente, cuenta con algunas correas elásticas para sujetar los cuchillos y evitar que se muevan, además tiene varias ranuras y bolsillos de malla para otros pequeños utensilios. La mochila parece que durará varios años gracias a sus materiales de muy buena calidad, la tela es gruesa, el hilo para las costuras es resistente, los cierres posiblemente no son los mejores al ser de plástico, pero cumplirán mientras se utilicen de forma regular. La capacidad de almacenamiento de utensilios, cuchillos, filipina, accesorios, tableta y/o laptop es excepcional. El cuchillo más grande que se puede guardar con su respectiva saya es de 27 cm.Es un producto comparable en resistencia a las mochilas Victorinox o Wenger, esta tan bien manufacturada que aprobó las primeras semanas de uso satisfactoriamente. Altamente recordable para quienes requerimos tener nuestras herramientas a la mano en todo momento.
