Saves Time/Money, No More Soap Waste
Per the title I have saved a ton in soap, because before I was a two bucket washer. One for soap, one to rinse and clean the mitt. I have an F150 and a Camry and even with a dirty F150 one canister was all I used. About 3 oz of soap. Before the foam cannon I easily used double that amount using the ol bucket mitt and mitt rinse bucket method. This cannon wastes zero soap and uses half the amount as mentioned before. The detachable nozzle gives you a great spray pattern for rinsing too.The clear canister seems flimsy, so take care not to drop it on concrete. The rest of it seems hardy enough. I would also add that the foam, combined with filling the canister with warm water saves a lot of time in washing. The warm foam quickly lifts dirt so I can be slightly more careless with a mitt and the entire vehicle is clean. No more missed spots which is cool. Thatâs with using a quality soap, and I only use chemical guys car care liquids. Except for the turtle wax âwax as you dryâ stuff. Thatâs a great product as well.Considering the amount of times I wash my vehicles, if it lasts two years I will be happy. I would absolutely buy another one. I wash them both at least twice a month because of the lousy trees in my yard and the birds in them crapping out stuff onto them.

A Good Second Option
I wanted something better than a hose/bucket combo, but not as cumbersome as our pressure washer. In Las Vegas heat, you’re melting after 9am and would like to be inside in AC by then. So let’s just say, “It’s a keeper.” It’s not nearly as good as our pressure washer but for doing one car quickly, it’s more than enough. I gave it 5 stars because it’s not supposed to replace a pressure washer but for one car in Las Vegas summer heat where you’re trying to complete before the summer heat melts you, it works just fine. What you’ll notice if you normally use a pressure washer is, the foam is not nearly as fine and the distance sprayed is maybe 4 feet. The hose spray nozzle is adequate but would benefit from an attachment to concentrate the water spray to remove soap. The equipment cleanup is quick and easy. It may even replace my pressure washer…at least in the summer sun.

Good entry level foam gun
Got a new car and was told never to do car washes so that led me to some foam guns. I wanted to start with a hose one before I bought a pressure washer one and that led me to the Chemical Guys Foam Blaster. It’s a good concept for an entry level foamer. I’m happy with its use so far.Key features:⢠Install: 5/5 – it’s easy to put together and the directions are clear⢠Ease of use: 5/5 – Once put together, it’s really easy to use⢠Performance: 4/5 – It does foam the car, but the foam itself isn’t very thick⢠Value: 4/5 – I expected a little better performance at its price point.I’ve only used it once, so I can’t speak to its durability yet but will update after a lot of uses.Final take: I think it’s a very good entry level foam gun that is functional. If you’re looking for top-notched clean, I think you’re better off going the pressure washer option.

Worth the money
Worked great. Used it on my RV and Jeep. Great setup easy to use. easy to switch back and forth from soap to nozzle. Used 303 Products RV Wash & Seal with it. used less than half the wash product on a 36 foot travel trailer, Jeep and Leaf autos.

Great Alternative
Used a regular car soap with this and was surprised to see some foam action. This does not coat the whole vehicle as seen in videos unless you have those foaming soaps so make sure you have all the right products. This cannon works well and will have to buy one of those foaming soaps.

Here is the O-Ring you need if it’s leaking at the quick connect
In all fairness of this review I’ve only used twice now. However, the biggest issue was that after 1 use it leaked/ sprayed like crazy out of the brass quick connect feature that connects the hose nozzle to the soap dispenser.I emailed chemical guys explaining the issue….no response. I called chemical guys and got someone on the phone who seemed oblivious to the issue, which is odd considering all the complaints on here regarding the same leaking issue. Anyways, she asked me to email videos of the leak so they could pinpoint the issue. I did and over a week has passed with no response.After researching, I found out there was supposed to be an O-ring inside the hose nozzle. It beds in a little groove in there and seals up the connection. Problem is, when it’s disconnected & youre using the hose nozzle to rinse, it’s apparently fairly easy to blow out that o-ring, causing leaking. So why a $50 foam gun doesn’t come with some back up o-rings that cost pennies or at least a description of what size o-ring you need is beyond me. Why chemical guys, a company of which I’ve used their products religiously for years now, can’t seem to easily respond to the issue is also beyond me.Anyways, after trying a number of o-rings out I found out the one that works. You’ll need o-ring size 3/4″ ID, 7/8″ OD, 1/16″ Width. I purchased these ones on amazon; got a 100 pack so that should last a while. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000FMWM5E/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1Besides that, gun has worked fine for me so far. The key is to add a few ounces of soap to the container & then top it off with warm water. This is what their how to videos say. By doing this, the soap is plenty foamy & is more than enough for a car wash. I suspect those complaining about limited foam or the soap being used up to quickly are not adding the water (or are using cheap soap or have the dial set too low).Hope this helps.

Llegó antes de lo esperado, los materiales se ven de buena calidad, en el video estoy utilizando la pistola en el modo #5 el cual permite la mayor espuma posible, también estoy utilizando el shampoo “chemical guys”.El lÃquido no dura mucho dentro del recipiente, se acaba muy rápido, pero si lo recomiendo !!!
