This is a GREAT product! My hair & moisture are mortal enemies! Living ANYWHERE that there is humidity, I’m screwed!I tried this for the first time a cpl of days ago. Put a little bit on my wet hair & just let it dry. It left it with a shiny “wet” look, yet it didn’t make my hair feel “stiff”, later that night, I brushed through my hair & it was soft, like I had no product on at all. I experimented with my flat iron & it left my hair straight, with ZERO frizz or stiffness!My hair is thin & baby fine, but this product gave it body & made it look thicker! I HIGHLY recommend this product. It protects from heat damage without leaving it feeling like you have “hair spray” or some other product in your hair. I like my hair to feel soft & natural to the touch. THIS gave me that & more!I was NOT compensated for my review, just honest truth!

Fantastic hair smoothing cream for a great price!
I am a big fan of this Chi straight guard smoothing styling cream and have been using as a consistent part of my hair routine for the past few months. Itâs made a significant positive difference in my hair with helping it appear healthier and a nice subtle shine without looking greasy. The product is like a lotion that you just need a quarter size dollop and rub through your hands and start from the bottom to apply through damp hair-itâs not sticky so it applies easily and even. My hair has really appreciated this product and if you can get it when itâs on a sale itâs really an incredible value for a high end product that works incredibly well. Highly recommend.

Slightly expensive, but I would highly recommend. Makes you love your hair.
I simply have to say I love this product. I have used a lot of different products for my hair, but this stands out by far the best. You just need very little of it to apply very gently on damp hair and you just style it. Hair feels so silky smooth, and the style is retained for 3-4 days easily. It just does everything that it promises. In short, it is slightly expensive than comparable products thatâs available in the market. However, the quality is great. It gives good shine and leaves your hair very smooth.

Reviews said a great smell but I detect no smell at all and I have a sensitive nose; however I wasn’t liking the ‘shade’ it gave my platinum blonde hair (a bit too warm looking) but it does reduce frizz and my hair has remained ‘straight and frizz free’ after flat ironing it but it has no shine at all! Some mis-representation with their description! but I will keep this product.

Not What I Expected
If you live in the dry Southwest U.S. you might like it. If you live in the humid Southeast U.S., maybe not so much. I was seeking a hair product that would tame my slightly frizzy natural mature hair that is between chin-shoulder length. First, as others have stated, the pump does not work. I tried everything to get the pump to disengage from the lock position. So, finally I just opened the cap. As to how it feels: it feels and looks similar to just putting mousse in the hair; ie, itâs a bit stiff after it dries and holds its styling shape but the hair is not really smooth. When I was in the Southwest U.S. it looked smooth and maintained its shape for about 4 days, per the claim. But when I was in the Southeast(Florida), it never looked less frizzy but did hold its shape (like mousse). I followed the directions and put it on wet clean hair (I use salon-grade shampoo and conditioner), then blew it dry. That was a disaster -one big puffy frizzy head. Then I used it letting my hair dry naturally; better but still needed a flat iron. Then I added styling crème to the ends to reduce the frizz that remained. So, for me, itâs an just ok product. I will keep it because itâs better than nothing but not the best Iâve tried.

I used it on wet hair, just a small amount, then blew it dry. You donât need a lot because if you put too much, it will really weigh your hair down. The cream isnât as light as some others Iâve used. Itâs couple of days and no frizz and straightness has remained. For reference I have hair thatâs course, on the looser curly side, but it gets frizzy and dry. I would recommend this product, especially if youâve used some of the LâOreal products that they keep discontinuing. This is a decent replacement.

Un produit à utiliser sur cheveux mouillés impérativement !La texture est blanche, très épaisse, il convient d’en mettre très peu et de répartir sur la chevelure.S’il est vrai que les cheveux semblent plus lisse, il ne les nourrit pas plus que ça …il faut du temps pour apprivoiser le produit dont la texture est si épaisse qu’il faut doser au plus juste.Pas mal, à acheter en promotion, ne fait pas de miracles
