Amazing for small hands
I have to say, this machine exceeded my expectations. I have very small hands and wrists, work on a computer all day, and have early arthritis in my thumb, so I needed something that wouldnât put extra pressure on it. This device is perfect. It has three settings: the green light offers gentle pressure, the blue is a bit more intense, and the pinkish light delivers a firm massage, which is my favorite. Itâs not the same as a professional massage but itâs not just the air pressure, it actually massages your hands. I can see how the strongest setting might be too much for someone with larger hands. My husband has very large hands and he could barely fit his hands in even when the machine is off. But for me, itâs absolutely perfect. So far the battery life is holding well, I charged it when it arrived and have used 4 times without issues. I like that I can walk around with the machine on my hand when needed, itâs compact and lightweight, I love it! Worth every penny.

Very good nice Hand Massager.
There’s a lot to love about this massager! It has different levels of intensity, different modes, and even a different heat levels that you can easily switch between by pressing the related button. There are multiple different massage heads and even little air bags in the device that really give it a unique feel. It may not work for everyone, but I have arthritis in my joints. After a day of work, my hands ache. This is wonderful!

Great product
This was recommended to me by my Sister in law who is a doctor. Definitely worth every penny. My hands feel so much better already. I love using the soothing mode. I use the computer for work and my hands and wrist have been sore and this has helped a lot in alleviating that soreness. Super easy to use and great pressure.

Loved it! I initially bought it for my mom, but I tried it and can’t get enough of it. Its so easy to use, the heat function is amazingly soothing, relaxing. It has 3 intensity modes. The material is sturdy, the fabric lining inside where you put your hand is high quality, overall it is an amazing product perfect for after being at work typing in the computer for 8 hours. Fully recommended, I am getting my own , already promised mom this one

This is my 1st Hand Massager.Decide to buy this one & give it a shot. BEST DECISION.Basically been using this little machine Every Day. I never knew that my hands would feel Refreshed and more “Relaxed” after giving them a good massage. It definitely makes a difference.There’s 3 Functions you have to know about:1) Mode = Soothing, Vitality, & Relaxation2) Intensity = Low, Mid, & High3) Heat = OFF, Low, & HighMy Fav setting has got to be Vitality / High / High. I prefer a Deep Massage and this is exactly what it gives me. The compression isn’t too Tight or too Loose. You just have to pick an Intensity that meets your needs. Everyone has different Hand sizes, so the settings will differ from Individual to Individual.Battery life to me is Great. I’m able to use it multiple times a day as I need it. Overall this was a Well-Worth-It purchase to me! Hopefully you guys find the same Benefits I did using this Massager.

Works but loses strong pressure after use
This product worked great with pressure points on the hand and wrist. Only problem is I bought it in April of 2025 and it has stopped working off and on, it’s the end of July now. Also the pressure isn’t as strong when I first got it. This could be due to using constantly everyday after work.

UPDATE 02/11/2025.I got an email from CINCOM today apologizing for our problem and offering a full refund. We declined, don’t think it is their fault. We attribute our problems with hand size and condition. People with “normal” size/condition hands might not have the same problems. I added a star to my review as a result of the CS follow-up.Purchased for my wife’s achy hands.Like:1) Good quality2) heat is niceDislike:1) Compression is too strong for wife2) Too small for my ham sized hands.Not sure what size hands these are intended for, but the compression is too strong for my wife’s small hands and really painful for my rather large hands. It is good quality and easy to operate. For the reasons mentioned we rarely use the device, so we wouldn’t purchase it again. For people with different hand sizes(between very small and very large) it may work better.

Bought this as a gift for my dad who golfs regularly and has some arthritis in his hands. He loves it – it heats up and the massage is surprisingly powerful. It has a battery so it can be used without a plug, but also works while plugged in. I wasn’t sure what to expect as things like these can be hit or miss but I am really impressed and would recommend.

Excellent product – it has given me great relief for my arthritis in my hands, however the heating component stopped after 2 days. The cost to return this to Amazon is very expensive from Australia to US. I have chosen to return it despite being out of pocket because it was so effective for the short time I had the hand massager.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and ability of this machine. You place your entire hand in the machine (not in individual finger holes). You could include your thumb to be massaged also. There are nubs to push on pressure points while the gel pads compress the hand. It even extents and stretches the fingers and palm. Very good. I would buy this product again.
