Answer to prayers! Love the product.
I’m 89 and have taken aminos for many years. I’ve been taking this formula for a month or so and definitely notice an improved energy. I’ve increased my daily duties because I have the energy to do them. Generally speaking, amino acids are necessary. Can find volumes written about them if you care to research. One reason I feel they have improved my energy and overall health is that I have colitis, which draws energy to sometimes just no energy. Aminos have helped tremendously.

Good value for the money. You take 4 daily. I recommend 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon with lunch. No side effects. I do think they help me feel better and recover quicker when my body is sore from work. Easy to swallow. Regular capsule size.

I bought this supplement after seeing ads for a supplement called BP-157 and doing some research to find out what was in it. I had heard so much about these peptides that I had to check them out.My research wasnât promising. First, the ingredient list wasnât some magic peptides, it was amino acids, which made sense because taking any kind of protein orally was going to result in your body digesting the protein down to amino acids anyway.Then I couldnât find any actual studies showing that these amino acids did anything beyond what you learn in biology class that they do. Add in the fact that most of the companies selling them as peptides are charging crazy prices, and I decided to skip it.Then I found these amino acid capsules and decided to give them a try. Iâm into my second bottle, and I can tell a difference in how I feel. Iâm trying to avoid hip surgery, and I can now put my own sock on, I can walk a couple of miles or push my lawn mower. I feel better than I thought I would, and the only thing I changed was taking these. I started with 2 capsules twice a day for a couple of weeks, then 1 twice a day.Iâm going to keep taking them. Iâve worked in a hospital for 20 years. I know these kinds of things donât work. But this one does.
