MAXIMIZER For Sure… Love it!!!!
My closet is very small and I don’t like to fold my clothes… even t-shirts… Fresh out of the dryer I hang them right away. Because of the Tiny Closet I couldn’t even shop for any new pieces. I eventually started throwing things away. UNTIL I FOUND THIS… It more than maximized my closet space. I can finally organize my clothes shoes and bags in one space. Its super sterdy and simple to install. I even have room to add pieces withouth giving up anything.

Good closet organizer with some additional DIY
Note that this closet maximizer is compatible with wire rod systems 5/16â in diameter, and closet rods 1 1/4â (1.25″) in diameter.We have thicker 1.5″ closet rods throughout the house, so the kit’s brackets were too small. As such, I docked a star since the measurement diagram should also be clear about the closet rod limitations.I came up with a simple DIY solution, and purchased two additional wall brackets & a pre-cut 48″ long dowel measuring 1 1/16″ (1.0625″) in diameter at the local hardware store. Altogether, the extra hardware cost less than $10.Other than having to find two wall studs & using a level, the organizer itself was an otherwise straightforward & easy installation. The brackets now fit around the smaller dowel & the kit is very secure.The closet maximizer is perfect for my 5 y/o son’s bedroom closet bc he can now reach all his school clothes. The DIY solution also turned out to be useful bc he can also reach the top closet rod. Overall, this is a functional & affordable closet solution that will be useful for many years.

Canât recommend enough!
I was starting to feel overwhelmed looking at my closet and knew something needed to change. I had looked into more permanent options, but as a renter, itâs always a gamble if the landlord will allow it and how long the lease will be renewed in the future. I decided to try this out as a next best option!It was very easy to put together – I did it by myself in about 15-20 minutes. I didnât find the manual inside, so I looked it up online and found a pdf version. It is fairly intuitive, but at the top, it can be helpful to know which rods go with which parts.I decided to forgo the top shelf because I needed the space for my sweaters to hang down! I have a few rods left over and it is totally fine with me. It doesnât strip away the integrity of the product and it still looks great!The only con was that the plastic hooks on top are just a bit too small for my old school wooden clothing rod. I was afraid of breaking the whole hook, so I found a way to finagle them using the tension from hair ties. Not the most ideal situation, but it works for now. Just something to note and prepare for should you experience the same thing.

I love this closet organizer- I returned the first one because one of the parts broke but the second one I received was great.I’m not great at picture instructions and the pieces are not labeled so it made it hard for me to put together but only because I was mad about the crappy instructions-once I got over that it was very simple-just look at the real picture on the box if you are like me. Also I had some trouble getting the pieces that hang on the rack to extend-not sure how but I accidentally figured it out. I would recommend it for both small and large closet organization. It’s sturdy and I have a lot of stuff on it!

Great Addition to Closet
I am very pleased with this purchase. I didn’t need additional storage for my closet, but I wanted something with shelves and this works great. I spent a lot of time searching for this particular item and although it is more than I wanted to pay it was the cheapest I could find. It is easy to assemble and hooked onto the existing shelving perfectly. On a side note I wouldn’t hang anything too heavy on the bottom arm because it doesn’t secure to the wall but holds many lighter items with no issue. I would recommend.

CHEAP plastic connection
While putting together the plastic connections broke. They are VERY cheap plastic connections. Unable to disassemble for return and unable to connect with anyone on amazon for replacement. I do not recommend this product.Update- I used duct tape to try to use this since there is no customer service to speak with⦠see video for the closet broken when I came into my room.

Perfect for what I needed
Our master closet is a really small walk in, super limited on space and the hanging bar is weirdly shorter than that of a standard closet, anyway…. I looked and priced out MANY organizers to fit our need and this was perfect! Literally took about 5 minutes to put it together and it just clips on the bar, no permanent damage, no holes, no tools, just super simple. The ONLY reason I’m giving the less than 5 stars is because one of the clips (for the second clothes bar was broken). Thankfully it’s nothing critical and still able to be functional. If it didn’t take so long to arrive I would have requested a replacement. Other than that this is a worth it organizer!! Will probably order another one for my kids rooms.

Great for on a budget!
This was exactly what I was looking for! Something easy to install and easy on the wallet! I ordered 6 of them – 3 for the master closet, one for each kids room and one for the front hall closet. Only thing is I wish the shelves were a bit deeper, but overall function is great and easy to install myself!

I just moved into our new condo and my boyfriend gave me the small walk-in closet (bless his soul). I wanted a little more than just the basic shelves but I didnât want to add a wardrobe (see last photo). I was hoping something like this existed so I was pretty excited when I stumbled upon this on Amazon. It took only a few minutes to assemble and was much sturdier than I thought it would be, based on some reviews.It is perfect!!! The side bar is expandable (I didnât extend it at all) and the shelves are solid. I highly recommend this!!

Like some other reviewers have mentioned there’s a tendency for some parts to be made defectively. A piece of plastic snapped off of the closet rail connector but the railing still held up quite well. That said, I’m still being mindful not to hang too many heavy items on the railing. The railing isn’t that sturdy to begin with anyway.However, the shelves are good quality and assembly didn’t take long at all. Overall I really like my Closetmaid system and how much it’s helped to organize my space!

If youâre looking for a solution for a closet that comes only with the top metal shelf, this product was made for you! Itâs easy to assemble and it doesnât require any tools. Only thing is that the shelves could have a larger depth. Also, the product regulates its width, but to a maximum of 132cm (please check again), so make sure your closet isnât wider than that.

Save yourself the stress, time and money and do not purchase this⦠it is just terrible. Fell apart so quickly after I put actual clothes on it.
