Works great and matches the Closet Maid Modular pieces. We had to cut it smaller to fit, and that was easy too. Looks great.

Depth is not correct as pictured
Purchased the white shelf. Depth is not correct as pictured, it has 15.91 on drawing but is a little under 14″.

Their customer support was sort of snippy
I love the product itself- itâs phenomenal. But I had to call into their customer support to ask some questions about a white versus silver rod and the representative was pretty snippy with me. Not a wonderful experience to say the least. But, as a said, product is great. Just donât call in.

Scam you into buying more overpriced units
This is the secondâand last time I will buy from closet maid. I wanted to install a lower clothes hanger so my kids could reach clothes hanging in their closet. This box says it can be used by itselfââattach to wallâ or to another closet maid unit. But there is no way to attach it to a wall. They only include hardware to attach it to a larger, VERY EXPENSIVE unit. We have been reorganizing bedrooms and play rooms, so I didnât realize this until after our return window has closed. Now we have to go buy L brackets so we can jury rig this system to work. Never believe this company if they say theyâre selling you a stand-alone component. It always needs a (fine print) âsold separatelyâ component that will cost as much as the unit you just bought.

J’ai acheté ce produit pour remplacer et moderniser l’intérieur de mon garde-robe. Livraison rapide, instruction claire et en français (très appréciée), matériaux de bonne qualité, solide, etc. Cependant, petit hic plutôt majeur…Il y a eu une erreur quant à la dimension que j’avais demandé et j’ai reçu une étagère trop longue, trop large ce qui fait que je ne suis pas capable de poser le produit à l’intérieur de mon garde-robe. Plutôt déçu de ce côté car pour le reste, rien à dire, tout est très bien. Il va falloir que je taille la tablette ainsi que les pattes de supports car ils sont trop longs par rapport à la profondeur de mon garde-robe. Je recommande néanmoins ce produit, mais faites bien vos mesures avant d’acheter.
