PERFECTION!
Let me start by saying I was STOKED to get this bad boy. I literally stalked USPS tracking. The second it was delivered I brought it inside. Washed everything well and IMMEDIATELY put it to work. Right out of the box it was the cutest size. Compact enough to sit on the counter without taking too much room, but plenty big enough to cook rice for my family of 4 (with plenty left over). We are a rice loving family. Hands down. I love the different options of cooking time. I can start it in the morning before I leave for work but also rush home and start it for a quick rice fix. It is super functional and user friendly!I cannot wait to use this more I will probably be using it again tomorrow night HA!This beauty is worth the price!

Amazing!
Bought this to replace my Instant Pot. All I needed was a basic rice cooker that did the job without burning. This is everything I could want and more!Itâs very sleek and elegant, which is nice bc unless u have a lot of storage space in ur kitchen, this is going to reside on ur countertop. Iâve got plenty of cabinets so I can tuck it away when not in use.It comes with a steamer basket, measuring cup and utensils. Everything is made to be easy to clean, just wipe and rinse. Obvs u can use soap but Iâm avoiding it on the inner cook pot bc itâs coated with a non-stick material inside and outâI try to not use anything even remotely abrasive on those things. The directions are sadly lackingâ¦thereâs zero info on how to use this beyond hit the start to power it up, select from the menu button and start again. The display is totally not helpful. It just will show an âLâ and a red led line will do laps around the screen. Apparently thatâs itâs way of telling you itâs working. I was expecting more but it is what it is.The buttons are odd and kinda creepy. Itâs a mix of old 1980âs âbutton swathed in plastic overlayâ and nearly-touchscreen-esque. What I thought was a label was actually a buttonâthatâs what I mean about touch screenâ¦it doesnât look at all like a button. Anyways, itâs easy to select ur cooking menuâI did brown rice. I saw a video on YT and the person opened the lid and stirred the rice a couple times during the cooking process, something you can never ever do with Instant Pot. Iâm not sure if u need to stir or not, but I did. At some point, the rice seemed to be nearly cooked, and I was worried it would burn. But I let the cycle continue. Then a 12 minute timer appeared and it beeped as it counted downâ¦the rice was cooked and it was cooling down or downshifting to âkeep warmâ or somethingâ¦I think to make sure the excess water is absorbed. I opened the lid and stirred againâ¦very fluffy and lovely!! At the end, it beeped and was done. My rice was text book perfectâ¦.fluffy, a bit sticky, and not a single burnt or overcooked grain.Probably the best rice Iâve ever had outside of a restaurantâ¦perfect Asian-style riceâ¦not that sad boxed stuff u can cook in 5 minutes.Cleanup was easy. I put the rice in a big ceramic bowl, and washed the cooking pot with water and a clean dish cloth, and dried it. I used paper towels to wipe and dry the inner pot ring and the edgesâ¦it wasnât very damp or dirty, just needed to be dried for storage in the cupboard. The inner cooking pot seems like youâll need to clean it carefullyâ¦I donât know how sturdy that finish is, so I say use water and a soft cloth. The unit itself is like the $300+ machinesâ¦authentically Asian-made so itâs designed to cook rice properly, unlike Instant Pot. If rice is a dietary staple, ur gonna know how to cook it properlyâand the people who designed this know their stuff when it comes to good, sticky rice.Itâs going to be fun to try recipes where u add things to rice and steam things on the upper basket.Overall, this is perfect for making rice and typical Asian dishesâ¦congee, steamed cakes, etc. I think it probably performs as well as the more expensive machines..I canât imagine they do anything that this canât do. It makes a superb pot of rice!I think it takes just a few minutes longer than Instant Potâ¦maybe 5 minutes more. But itâs 100% successful, doesnât scorch or mess up. Plus itâs super quietâInstant Pot can be hissy, beepy and irritatingâbesides the whole âburn everythingâ or blow itself up thingâ¦not at all an Instant Pot fan. This however, is light years ahead of I.P. and makes amazing rice. The price is insanely lowâIâd grab one for anybody u know who cooks rice a lotâsuper great deal on a fab machine! My new fave kitchen gadget!!! And thatâs from someone who hates to cook! Def a must have appliance!!!

In Love
Best rice I’ve ever had. I work from home, and being able to set this bad boy up and have hot, fresh rice even hours after cooking (keep warm setting!) has been such a blessing! Seems rather durable, between the spatula, spoon, cup and steamer basket provided, they are good quality plastic that is not prone to easy breaking. Non-stick bowl is very decent quality too. Machine overall is very light, easy to move and store.Capacity is sufficient for a family of four or more. Rice was not burnt after 3 hours of keep-warm but did not test for the full 12. Buttons are smooth but reactive. Works as advertised, I am testing the other functions in the meantime. SUPER PLEASED!

I guess quality rice takes time. Not so quick
Iâve been using this rice cooker now for about two weeks. My wife and I love the larger capacity and its ability to keep the rice warmer for longer periods of time. I actually cooked a cake in it and was pleasantly surprised how moist it was. Just make sure itâs done all the way in the middle. The reason I didnât give it five stars is because the quick rice feature isnât that quick. Iâm used to our old $20 rice cooker that made rice in about 15 minutes. 30 minutes is not quick to me.My wife and I do have to admit the cooked rice has a better quality to it over our old cheap rice cooker. Is it worth almost 3 times the price? Time will tell. We mainly bought it for its increased capacity.

Good product
I’m satisfied of this item, it cooks perfectly, easy to clean up, just a reminder to remove and clean the cover after use, because it can spoil your cook rice if it’s not clean

My previous rice cooker would burn/stick to the bottom every time no matter how much water or oil was added, sometimes making mushy rice but still stuck on the bottom. I did a lot of research into types of rice cookers and read a lot of reviews of cookers highly rated before landing on this one. The brand itself is highly regarded as a rice cooker and the price point was more justifiable than other brands. I have only used the rice function so far so I can’t speak to the (many) additional features but it has cooked my rice perfectly every time. I probably didn’t need to get one that’s so large but it still cooks perfectly when making smaller amounts. Would be great for making large meals. I also love how easy to clean it is. The nonstick pot works very well and even old dried tomato came off super easily. There is a piece on the inside of the lid that pops out for easy cleaning as well as the steam trap on the outside of the lid that comes off and even opens to the inside once it’s removed. I’m excited to try the other features it has
