Great product
I’m a Boomer when it comes to gaming PCs, having grown up in an age of floppy disks and CD-ROMs and resisted the urge to upgrade to a “modern” setup for several years. Eventually though I was unable to play many games I wanted so decided to take the plunge. I looked around a lot and finally decided to pick up this rig and I’m so glad I did. For the money, it’s an incredible machine – easy to use, fast, and whisper quiet. Upon receiving it, I had the PC up and running within a few hours, and most of that time was just the obligatory Windows updates and getting everything transferred from my old PC to this one.If I had to critique it, I would say that the unpacking instructions are a little unclear on how to remove the glass panel in order to access the inner packing (instructions showed two screws but it was only one, and there’s a bracket along the bottom, so you basically lever it up) and I was worried about breaking it. Also, the included keyboard is just OK, which wasn’t really a problem for me, since I have a better keyboard anyway.

Unsure how to feel about it.
It all arrived in the box itself, which looked rough. But the inside contents appeared fine when I took everything out.  After assembling , everything worked fine, ran kinda smooth so I gave it time & settled down with it. The new windows update today (07/03/2025)Updated, then the pc itself just stopped working.  It would boot up, then freeze on the login screen where I would put my pin. After about an hour of trying to restart, and get around this ~ I spoke to Amazon support (since I couldnât reach the product support from this seller)They couldnât find a troubleshooting solution for this & said theyâd refund it.  Which, was fine ~ cool.But when I turned it off, I noticed two things ~The first, one cord wasnât all the way pushed in.  The second, thereâs an entire outlet that isnât even pushed in. (Image 2)I was hesitant on even trying to find a way to connect it, since there appeared to be no way to do so.  Since the cover seemed blocked by the wire coming through it, causing the part not to be removed ~ so I left it as is. Ease of setup:It was fairly easy to follow the setup guide/instructions provided. Gaming capability:Honestly, I tried a handle of games.  From helldivers to MMOs like elder scrolls. Helldivers wouldnât properly run, which I found odd.Even with having all of the settings set to Low, it wouldnât run. Set FPS was reading between 7 to 9.Elder scrolls online, which most know isnât too heavy for any system to run. Ran smooth, and looked great.  Why did you pick this product vs others?:My brother had helped me pick this one out, as for an upgrade from my old pc. Specs looked really nice and appealing to what kind of gaming I was planning to do / upcoming college work.  Just looked promising, compared to other pcs around the same value.  Very nice GPU, So was naturally excited about it all.  Graphics quality:It really depended on the game.New world, helldivers, destiny 2, Solo leveling arise OVERDRIVE, all couldnât be handled with this pc over low graphic settings.  I know everyone has their own preferences, FPS>graphics naturally.  But I like to have a mixture of both! Smooth gameplay and a nice screen to view.  Unfortunately it wasnât met here.Computer quality:The main issue I have with the computer quality, is the two images shown, of them not connected, and the other being improper placed/slanted. Value for money:Never had a pc of this caliber myself, til I got this one. But the price itself didnât seem too bad, again, compared to the other ones listed. Performance:In my case, if I lowered my settings , and boosted the fps, the pc ran okay honestly.  I was able to enjoy a few of my games, without much of a headache. Beast of a computer
The I9 with the rtx 5090 is an amazing build. The rgb that cooler master put into looks awesome. The performance is quick and snappy. The noise level is near non existent due to the all in one cooling that cooler master installed.

I originally bought this as a gift until my Alienware laptop decided to take a dump out of nowhere and I was grateful to have this on hand. It was fast and easy to get set up, and this sucker has exceeded all of my expectations. It’s a multi-tasking powerhouse that I use for 12+ hours a day to do everything from work to play and I’ve experienced zero lag. The fans run cool and quiet even under heavy load, they’re never a distraction. And the RGB lights look spectacular when gaming at night. Overall, I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a top-notch gaming PC. The combination of performance, quietness, and upgradability makes it an excellent value. I’m thrilled with my purchase and expect to get many years of use out of it.

Pc didn’t work properly
Received this and was happy to just plug and play, but I was wrong. Plugged it in and everything seemed to be working until it didn’t display any when powered up. Tried getting ahold of coolermaster but nothing went to amazon to see about what I could do to get this fixed, could get to anyone except the chat bot that just keep forcing me to get a refund. So I chose the refund and have been waiting on it. Was suppose to get it on the 27th and now telling me it’s being pushed back again. Not very happy with how any of this has been going

Amazing componenets
This is a powerful gaming pc. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a gaming pc. I have played many games like fortnite, overwatch, valorant, league of legends, roblox, whilst having discord open, and having a youtube video running in the background. I experience basically no lag unless I put up the graphics to the max on some more demanding games. The case isn’t too pretty compared to the ones you can see on aesthetic setups but it is definitely sturdy. The inside cable management came perfectly and setting it up took me only 5 minutes. I love the many different places it has open/meshed to help with airflow.
