Great value saw. empowers day laborers and seasoned wood workers/carpenters.
Wherever this little saw was made, it is sharpened, and sustains its edge and makes a human laborer MORE effficient than one with an electric powered circular saw or small chain saw. I LOVE this little saw. It replaces and exceeds the value fo the traditional 2.5 foot long “hand saw”. Works well on domestic tree overgrowth and gren wood as well as on kiln-dried lumber. Expert wood workers and amateur day laborers will love this little saw!

Great multi-purpose saw
This saw has changed my opinion of how a a general purpose saw should behave. You’re not going to get super “clean” cuts, and you’re not going to tear through a cross-cut in record time, but it does a decent job of both. I was able to buck some small (3-5 inch) firewood with this without much problem. It’s not as fast as my bow-saw, but it was fine. I sawed some of the same softwood firewood into some quarter inch planks for a small project, and it wasn’t perfectly flat and it had tool marks from the set, but a few passes with a plane and it looked great. I used it to cut some tenons, and it isn’t perfect for the job, but it did it. If that’s your primary use case, I’d look elsewhere, but it did work. Very much worth the price.

Excellent Saw
I’ve owned several hand saws over the years but none nearly as good as this. It saws through a two inch piece of wood in less than five minutes. It is wonderful!
