SQ #2 x 4-inch Slotted Bi-Material Screwdriver has a black oxide coating that provides a more precise fit and reduces fastener stripping and cam-out. The polypropylene material, and ergonomic shape of the handle offers twisting force for three different applications; a speed-zone for quick rotation, a torque-zone for added grip in heavy torque applications, and a precision tactile zone for tasks requiring more rotation control.
IMPROVED DURABILITY & FIT: Black Oxide Tip of the screwdriver provides improved durability and grip without compromising tip fitment
QUICK ROTATION CONTROL: Speed and Precision Tactile Zones provide quick rotation control for efficient run down and precision tasks
ADDED GRIP TEXTURE: Torque Zone provides added grip texture and geometry for heavy torque applications
Item Package Dimension: 10.8″ L x 1.9″ W x 1.2″ H

Must have for every travel trailer owner!
Robertson screw heads (or square heads as they are know in the US. Are a mainstay in the RV manufacturing world. They are also used in some electrical work and in furniture building (particularly furniture built for travel trailers). While most jobs removing or replacing this kind of screw can be done with a square driver bit on a drill, there are times when a longer shank is needed, but the bulky drill won’t fit in the available space – often the case, for instance, where pieces are assembled using pocket holes – made perhaps with a Kreg pocket hole jig. This is where this driver shines. It’s long enough to reach the screw in the pocket, but the handle is short enough to fit into tight places. And, again, if you own a travel trailer, this one driver will work with virtually every screw in your rig, and you can carry it in your pants pocket! This Craftsman driver Is built tough. I’m sure I’m going to be using it forever. Need a number one square screw driver? Get this one.

    Gets the job done
A little pricey for a single driver, but the head engages solidly, and the handle offers more than adequate grip. I’m sure there are more quality options, but this has performed as expected.

Must have for pocket hole joinery
If you do a lot of pocket hole screws in hardwood, you are probably tired of using a drill to tighten the screws in tight spots or having the drill over tighten and crack the board. Or you have rigged up a handheld method by using a nut driver to drive the square bit by hand.If so, you must get one of these. It allows you to tighten the screws easily and slowly by hand to prevent cracking and achieve the desired tightness without guessing. Should have bought this years ago!

    It’s a Craftsman
Haven’t used it yet but it is a Craftsman so I am sure it will perform just fine. The handles is much smaller than I expected and could be hard to hold on to with larger hands so 1 star off. I was looking form something with a larger handle but it is hard to tell from a picture.

It is a screw driver, no moving parts and works well. Price is fine.

    Craftsman quality!
I was working on a project that required a square tipped bit to remove some screws. My existing square tipped bits were too short so I found this Craftsman tool on Amazon.Ordered it & received it the next day.I knew the quality that Craftsman tools was known for & they didn’t let me down. The tool worked perfectly & i completed my project. It’s a very high quality tool, reasonably priced & it matched my expectations precisely.

Not much to say except that we are sad that our cousins to the south are still stuck with Philips screw heads which are endlessly annoying to use with ease.
