A great wrench at a great price
I bought this after watching Project Farm test wrenches on YouTube.Appearance-wise, the packaging is minimalist and good. The colors aren’t too vivid or eye-catching, being a plain gray and red scheme. The wrench came packing a ton of oil all over the surface. This, needless to say, seemed to attract all the dust and grit in the world while it was sitting in a warehouse somewhere. There was grit all over this thing and in all the mechanisms. The finish was also scratched and rubbed off in many places. If this had not come in the original sealed packaging, I would have thought that someone had used it before me. For all its shortcomings and small problems, this wrench is great when it comes to accuracy and function. I don’t know who’s using a wrench as a measuring device, but if they do, this wrench has you covered to the T. The markings are spot-on. When measured with calipers, the markings were exactly where they should be. The wrench has a great weight to it, and with the non-slip coating, even with all the oil on it, it fits great in the hand and will not slide out. There is almost no play in the jaws. I hope it lives up to the test of time.

High quality with a good fit and finish.
I have the 6″ and 10″ versions and they are both high quality. The machining is very good with about 1/32″ of backlash in the threads and the jaws are good at staying parallel with very little slop. When fully closed, you can only see a tiny sliver of light between the jaws. The handle is slightly textured which provides a good grip. On the 10″, one side is laser etched with a metric units, and the other is etched with Dale Earnhardt Freedom Eagle units down to 1/16″. The etching is a bit hard to see, but seems a bit frivolous as I don’t imagine anybody would use it anyway. Maximum jaw opening on the 10″ version is a little over 1 5/16″ or 34mm according to the scales etched on the tool. The weight and balance is nice. The overall quality and machining is a huge step above most other adjustable wrenches you would commonly find in people’s tool boxes.

Badass crescent wrench
I got this as a gift for my uncle, it is well made, feels sturdy and I love the black oxide, it looks cool, itâs awesome and my uncle absolutely loved it, said itâs the perfect wrench to keep in his pocket for using at random when he needs to work on something in a pinch or for using on working on his chainsaws, made me smile to have delivered such an awesome gift. Definitely snag one for your loved one who is a fan of neat crescent tools,

Excellent EDC Crescent Wrench
I bought the 6â and the 4â to see which would fit my kits and suit my needs more. They just are not even in the same size category. The 4â is half the thickness and is quite small(1/4â on the 4â and 3/8â on the 6â). As an addition to my EDC packs, this works great. I bought 2 of the 4â and am putting one in each pack. The black oxide coating is great for corrosion resistance and adds a nice texture.Yes there is some oil on them when they arrive, but itâs not much and helps with function and keeps from being too wet in warehousing. Itâs not much, quick wipe off with a paper towel. For the size, weight, price, and functionality, this is a great pocket tool.
