Great but there were issues at the beginning.
I usually build my own PC’s but I wanted to be lazy this time and pay just a little more for a pre-made PC. This one had the EXACT parts I was going to use in my build for about $100 more. I am a Prime Visa member so I knew I was going to get much more than that back with the points I would earn so it was worth it to me.Delivery was good as always from Amazon. I opened it up and hooked it up. So good!! Super fast and really robust. I had some troubles with windows update but solved that… and that has really nothing to do with the PC. I did notice that the PC started to reboot without a BSOD about the third day using it. I know that’s usually a power issue but I thought maybe it was just a glitch and did not really pay too much attention to it. Well, it kept doing it.About two weeks in and I had to contact Cyberpower and one of their techs helped me try and figure out the issue. We both came to the conclusion it was the PSU. I had to send it to them for RMA repair. I must say that Cyberpower has excellent customer service and the tech did an excellent job trying to help over the phone.After about two weeks I got the PC back and lo and behold.., it ended up being the 5070Ti card. I have been using it fine ever since. So yes, the computer is great and unfortunately there were hardware issues. I do not really blame Cyberpower for that. It was frustrating and annoying though.One nitpick I do have is the Keyboard and mouse. The keyboard is robust and very nice except I cannot change the lighting, only the intensity. I cannot find ANY way to change the lighting pattern, same with the mouse. I tried looking for a driver for either of them. Cyberpower does not seem to have anything for the specific models I have. Also, the mouse is light and is just not the best for gaming. You would think a gaming PC would come with a better mouse and have some way to change the lighting on it as well.Other than that, I do recommend this PC. It’s a POWERHOUSE and well worth the price!My rating is 4.5 stars really… because of the cheap mouse and the lighting for both. Also having to send it back for RMA repair right away. Still, I would recommend this PC to those that want something substantial for gaming and other high end uses.

Great Prebuild So Far
Out of the box. Decent pre build. Running multiple programs as the same time did cause some issues. I had to update drivers and bios. At one point PC was shutting off randomly but, this was before updating properly. Recommend removing any bloat to maximize this PC. Games run smoothly with consistent FPS rates (at least 144 FPS which is my current monitor’s refresh rate). Might need to swap out power supply as the current power supply installed has been known to give out after a few months. All in all, great PC for the Mid-High range. Most likely will come back and add edits once I’ve used it for more weeks.

Decent purchase
Took a little work to get it going but it seems like a great machine. The fact is has a GPU and IGPU took some time to work around and got frustrating so be aware.
