Flush mount light
Very well constructed….mounted to soffit…..is a very subtle (low watt) exterior light….. Got rid of 2 light spot light that were too bright and too ostentatious …..used cfl 13 watt bulb (lasts long time) and very low cost to operate .

Definitely recommend! A KEEPER!
Installed on 12ft patio ceiling with a Hue floodlight bulb.Automatically On and off is really a blessing and we really like the âdownlightâ effect.Dimmable so weâre able to get a very pleasantly lit patio with no glare!Does NOT attract or collect bugs like our old builder grade light.

Would not recommend
I ordered 3 of these lights. First, I was sent 1 light that had obviously been returned. There was a huge chip out of it and the manufacturers label had been removed. Second, they are very cheaply made.

Five Stars
This was a perfect match to the lights on our garage door. This is nice and sturdy, yet lightweight.

Beautiful, Clean Appearance; A Bit Harder to Install than Expected
I bought two of these lights to provide localized light in an alcove. They work great. The bodies are sturdy aluminum. The white finish is baked-on and felt durable during installation. I fitted them with 7.2w, 2700K, R30 LED bulbs (65W incandescent equivalent), and they’re just what I wanted.I’m giving only three stars, however, because installation was tougher than expected:a. You really don’t need detailed instructions to install these lights, but the sheet that’s included is particularly obscure.b. The lights come with two lengths of screws to secure them to the strap that you mount on the junction box. The 1″ screws are too short to reach a flush-mounted box, and the 2″ screws have a lot of extra length that you have to turn through. The screws have too-small heads that almost slip right through the slots in the base of the lights. They’re made of fairly soft metal, and the Phillips-head slots deform easily. You need a long screwdriver (or really small hands) to reach into the light and drive them in. Recommendation: buy two good-quality, 1½â long, pan-head #8 machine screws, or use small washers on the screws.c. Also, trim an inch or two off the sleeves that come installed over the electric leads, so you can get a good grip on the leads while you’re screwing on the wire-nuts to connect to the power supply.

This can is well-made and easy to install
This can is well-made and easy to install. My only gripe is that it is a bit shallow, allowing a bit more light to spread outward from the can. It is not as much of a “Dark Sky” fixture as I had hoped. I’ll keep it, but I recommend a deeper one if you are really concerned about light spilling over into your neighbor’s yard.

Facile à installer.

Bought this flush mounting lamp 3 years ago and it has held up well through winter and ice storms. No rust, no discoloration.

Looks great but has no ground wire. You must provide your own cooper wire and attach it to their bracket to a screw in tour electric box.

Beau luminaire à peu de frais.

I didn’t expect much when I paid the $19 for a wearhouse deal, but am convinced I still overpaid – nevermind the outrageous $79 this downlight is listed new!Intended for an outside application, I can only imagine the spider part moth party this will host, given the lack of a trim around the opening, leaving an enormous gap between the par30 bulb and the can itself. The metal is about 2mm thick and painted with a glossy finish.I used this one indoors as the pantry light to somewhat dress the par30 led bulb, but I might as well have left it alone.Instead unmounting it in order to get a refund and cause one more package to be trucked around, I’ll mark this one as a lesson. These cans most likely cost $3 to produce, as these are all stamped parts and no machining was involved.
