Dell Quality Laptop
Bought this for my husband. It’s been a great laptop as expected with Dell. It’s lightweight and a smaller frame than my old Dell that I’ve been using since 2019, but both are 15.5 Inspirion. I purchased this knowing it wasn’t a touchscreen, but my husband preferred that it wasn’t. This computer has all the ram, processing speed, and more than enough memory. Extraordinary value!

Not worth the money
I have used Dell products for over 30 years and this is the one time that I am very sorry I bought this computer instead of an HP.I am very disappointed with this Dell. You would expect that with i7 processor and 32G of RAM it would be fast, but I find this unit very slow. It also gets super hot and I have already had to call Dell because it shut down and I could not get it to start.

Dell Laptop purchase
This laptop is working wonderfully for everything I wanted. Hope to not need to purchase another computer this year (this is #2 in 3mos) but will stick with Dell for any future purchases! Other brands seem to quickly fail with an hour or 2 per day use.

El material es totalmente de plástico. No creo que dure mucho. Y por el poco tiempo que la llevo usando se me hace muy raro que se caliente demasiado. Probablemente por q es todo de plástico pero aun asà no me gusta.Y venÃa rapado la parte de abajo. Lo más probable es que la regrese y pida reembolso.Si no viven en Estados Unidos no se puede devolver, asi que cuidado!!

Llego bien la computadora, sin licencia para Windows, los componentes como disco duro memorias, etc todo bien, PERO mucho cuidado los tensores de la pantalla (bisagras) vienen muy apretados y además que los plásticos muy frágiles hicieron que se vencieran la base donde van sujetadas las bisagras y se rompieran.Plásticos muy frágiles, muy débiles.

No cumple con mis espectativas, a pesar que en la descripción del producto indica que soporta la resolución de 3440×1440, (ya que cuento con un monitor que soporta dicha resolución), la laptop no la soporta. Incluso la voy a devolver.
