Do not buy this computer used. Amazon says they make sure everything works but my screen has never worked correctly, my mouse pad sticks constantly and does not allow more than a few clicks before this becomes an issue. I had no issues for the first 30 days which is the return window. Extremely not impressed and desprately wish I would not have waisted my money.

Good, but there’s a problem.
The computer works well, but there’s something wrong with the audio when I play a video, have a video call, or play any audio. There is a strange noise. I’m figuring out how to resolve it. If I can’t, I’ll return it.

This Dell product offered the best value for price. It has a fast processor, huge amount of space & great screen.The battery life could be better at about 4.5 hours & and backlit feature would have been a feature.

It’s excellent, it doesn’t weight as much as it thought it would, but it’s great! Battery life seems a bit short, but it’s manageable. Touch screen functioning and i like the design. Some people say it’s kind of expensive, but it’s great for my job.
