Better than I expected.
First time ordering a refurbished product on Amazon, so not 100% sure what to expect. I reviewed feedback from the seller, and felt pretty safe. Received on time, and was well packaged. I was expecting used product, but everything appeared to be brand new, in the original packaging. The PC itself was shrink wrapped but had no obvious signs of use.Not too much in terms of setup documentation, but honestly you don’t need much. Had it up and running within an hour. Connected to the internet and validated Windows was already registered. The monitor probably isn’t the best, but well worth the price (and again, was brand new).I ran benchmark tests, and got low scores for video, but everything else was as expected per the hardware. Not going to use for gaming, so is more than fast enough.Glad I decided to give it a chance. Will buy from this seller again if we need another PC.

Not compatible with windows 11!!!
I’d give this a zero star if it was possible. After I received the PC, I went through the automated set up process and found myself looking at a Windows 11 screen. I then went to the Dell site to get any driver updates that were slated for this machine. That’s when the Dell site said this machine does not have the hardware necessary for windows 11. Really?? It’s running 11 right now.So I went to Microsoft and installed the PC check software and asked it to check the PC. Well, guess what? Microsoft says this PC is not compatible with windows 11. Apparently the I7 processor chipset is too old to properly run windows 11.When, in a chat, I brought this information to Amazon customer service, then ran their own research and agreed that the machine is not a windows 11 machine. Amazon offered to pick up the PC and provide a refund, which I accepted. UPS picked up the machine this morning.Moral of the story? The I7 processor in this machine does not support windows 11. Stay away from this machine!!

Computer as advertised works well.
Very good as advertised unit is flawlessly worked from PowerUp. Inside out looks brand new.Only small issue is the Bluetooth/wireless is an external dongle on built in. It does work well onceconnected and in control panel to choose to pick one of the wireless protocols to get it workingWould recommend and purchase again..

Great Value
Not a bad upgrade for small investment. This replaced a vintage 2020 Lenovo that was having trouble keeping up with current demands. The PC appears to be new with no scratches, dings or other defects in the case or the hardware. It comes from the reseller very bare bones with an inexpensive keyboard, mouse and Wi-Fi USB.Here are the Pros and Cons of this purchase:Pros- Looks and acts new- Meets all the specifications on the listing- Price was very good for an upgrade to a Quad Core I7 engine- Win 11 preinstalled and the updates took place quickly- FAST response o a question I had- No tariff on a product shipped from Canada- Pleanty of USB, HDMI and other ports- Nice and stableCons:- Took two weeks to arrive (ships from Canada)- WiFi is via a slow USB that I suppose can be upgraded- No CD/DVD drive- Setup required access to the internet- Lots of Microsoft bloatware included- The one I got was originally built in 2023Overall, I’d buy this again.

Very functional, though maybe not for gaming…
Does the job – needed to upgrade from Windows 10 to 11, and this thing works well. Not a gamer machine, but functional with Office apps. I have no complaints. Setup was simple – btw if you have Office 365 and want to share it to a second computer, don’t forget to delete the Office 365 that comes with this before installing the other – you’re welcome.

Died after first week
I had bought two of these for my kids. They hardly used them. The first pc died after the first week. One day my son went to turn it on and it would not turn on. The pc power supply died or the mother board died. My daughterâs pc had network issues since day one. It would lose network connection and would just keep dropping. Even after rebooting. These are under warranty because they are Amazon renewed, I called Amazon. I was worried I would be stuck on hold. However, I was taking with customer service within a minute and the guy was very helpful and understanding. I was concerned about returning because wifey had already threw away all the packaging and I read under the return policy that they might charge 50% for a computer with no packaging. The customer service rep was very helpful and said it was no problem. Just put everything in a box and drop off at ups. You can buy a box at Home Depot. Cheaper than U-Haul. The customer rep said he was a gamer and did a search for pcs in my price range and sent me a list of ones he thinks I should look at. He was the best support person I ever had and he should be a role model for all customer service training.

So far so good. Will update after more time.
So far so good. Ordered from STG, because heard they were the best. Will update if I come across any issues.Installation was easy for both desktops. You need internet to install, FYI. Windows 11 works very well and I was able to import everything from laptop to desktop. Perfect for anyone with a small business that wants to save money.

Monitor DID NOT work.
I know what we bought was refurbished but the monitor didn’t even turn on. We plugged it into different outlets and it still did not turn on at all. The computer overheats so we have to have a fan by it keeping it cool. We made sure to place computer out in the open too. But it still overheats. So other than the problem with a monitor that doesn’t work, my son is okay with it. We basically just paid for the desktop computer, keyboard and headphones.

I didn’t know what to expect for buying a new desktop after 20 years. Everything works great so far and should be good for a long, long time. Its a decent price and good for people who want to do business or make gaming content, i have yet to try out gaming with this desktop but it sounds REAL promising. I like the LEDs and having a set of headphones with mic, bonus. My only problem is that when opened the package, I didn’t see any kind of manual, nor link, to assemble my set. Some people can do without it, but newbies like me would have trouble if they’re not careful. For example: how to put my monitor together, I managed to put it together luckily, but can’t tell if its supposed to be loose with this type of monitor. And another example is the HD port from the monitor: I thought I plug it on my tower but I cant do that lol, its the little things like that. But despite those minor issue, I still recommend buying this set if want for novices. Hope this helps.

Received it on Thursday, July 17th, 2025 as promised. Packaged was A++. Dell Optiplex i7-7700 with 32GB also came clean and ready to use. Had to go through the usual windows 11 install and Office 365 install. Then, got a list of drivers, approx 12 of them, that needed to be updated, which I did, hassle free. All the specs were accurate, as advertised. I set-up the computer and tested all the ports. VGA port on the computer is male, not female as I expected it. The rest of the ports appear to be working fine. Now, all I have to do is WAIT to see how long the computer lasts me.So far, works great! Am happy with my purchase. If it lasts me 3 years, I will be super happy and will revise (upgrade) my rating. But, for now, shipper gets 5/5 stars. Product gets 3/5 stars (like I said, it is a renewed PC, let’s see how long it lasts because others have complained it stopped working after 1 week and gave a “blue” screen). Fingers crossed all will be well.

My Son Loves this Computer I was Nervous at first but it was worth the money and we didn’t have to wait to long. The Only Problem we had was the blue cord that you connect from the computer screen didn’t work but we had a black cord and it worked

The pc is good, third gen I5 performs better than expected even tho ddr3 ram starts to show its age, its still reliable. I only added a low profile card, The GTX 1050Ti from Zotac. It can run GTA Online between 50 to 75 fps (I cant see more beacause of the 75hz monitor), Fortnite runs perfectly on Performance mode, high settings, expect a few stutters for the few first games. For the E-sports titles such as Valorant and CSGO you’ll have no problem running them. Its a pretty good computer for the price to performance ratio. I bought my gtx1050ti from Facebook Marketplace for 65 CAD$. BTW, I bought a different mouse with side buttons from Walmart for $6
