Iâm all in on the DeWalt 20V MAX XR line of battery-operated toolsâIâve got both the Oscillating Tool (DCS356C1) and the Cordless Drill/Driver (DCS356C1), and I canât recommend them enough.These are pro-grade performers through and through, with battery life that keeps up and power that tackles just about any DIY home project Iâve thrown their way.The catch? Replacement batteries arenât cheap. That said, they hold a charge like champs and deliver more than enough juice for the job, so I canât complain too much. My one nitpick is the weightâboth tools, especially the drill, are a touch heavier than Iâd hoped. But honestly? Itâs not a dealbreaker. The brushless motors, crisp controls, and overall build quality blow every other cordless tool Iâve used out of the water. No stars off hereâthese are worth every penny.

Perfect need for any toolbox
My husband put off buying this tool and once he finally ordered it he wished he had ordered it sooner. It has been his go to tool for small and large projects. He has used it on trim, trimming out holes for pipe and electrical cord, as well as some metal work. It truly has been worth every penny. A very powerful and handy tool for sure!

Great tool
Great tool for all kinds of tricky cutting. I used to cut hole through exterior wall comprising sheetrock, flywood and cement board. Also for cutting hardie trim. Feels well built and good in hand. Plenty of power.

Great tool
Really awesome tool for a great price for tool and battery combo. I use it to cut door cases for flooring among other things and works like a charm everytime. The blades that come with it do not last very long so I would recommend upgrading to some better ones

Wonderful Addition to my DeWalt Tools
Works great! Replacing ceramic tiles and using this tools to remove grout and adhesive is a great help. Super easy to change blade and I love the on lock for constant operation.

DeWalt tools work. Easy to handle design, lightweight without the cheap plastic feel of competitors. This has proved invaluable as the go to tool when I have no idea where to turn.

High quality multi-purpose oscillating tool. Worth the price
Several years ago, I purchased a very inexpensive off-brand tool and used it only occasionally. Well, on this last project, we needed to use it quite a bit and it just didn’t hold up (batteries died quickly, power was inadequate, etc.). So, we purchased the Dewalt (since all my other 20V tools are Dewalt). This stands up to the Dewalt reputation. It held up for the rest of the job. We were cutting through old work wall board (much tougher than newer drywall). I know some might argue Team Red tools are better – my experience is the both are solid, reliable, and long-lasting. Just when you pick one set of batteries, it makes sense to stay the course.

So many uses for this every homeowner should have one! Being cordless makes it even more convenient. Dewalt quality, you wont regret this purchase. From cutting trim to install flooring to zipping thru a piece of exhaust pipe on my sons dirt bike to install an aftermarket pipe, this thing comes in handy. Highly recommended

Todo bien, producto original y funcional. Me hubiese gustado que fue de velocidad variable con un dial. En fin, tiene la suficiente fuerza con las velocidades que trae. Esperemos que supere la vida de mi dremel pasada, que fue una maquina genial.
