Customers say

Customers find the diamond blade works well in circular saws and performs exceptionally on concrete pavers, with one customer noting it handles hardi backer board effectively. Moreover, the blade is praised for its speed, ease of use, and ability to produce smooth edges, while offering good value for money. However, durability receives mixed feedback – while some customers report no wear, others mention the center ring breaking loose. Additionally, dust production is also mixed, with some customers reporting reduced dust while others note significant dust production.

    Fantastic multi-purpose blade
I originally ordered this to cut a corner out of my driveway where we experienced some settling and cracking. The slab ended up being 3-4″ thick, with a couple pieces of 1/2″ rebar. I took it slowly and had a steady flow of water flowing onto the blade and it did a great job of cutting. I took 15-20 minutes to cut this section out of my driveway. I was very nervous about the rebar but it turned out to not be an issue. I just took it slowly. After that project, I wasn’t sure I’d use the blade again, but I don’t throw tools away unless they’re actually broken and unrepairable. So, into the garage this went. It fell on the floor and sat in a spot by the door that got wet over and over. I found it with one side covered in rust and put it away again. This week I was cutting a slab of granite and was using a tile saw blade meant for granite and natural stone tile. Then I remembered this thing. Though marketed for masonry, I figured I’d give it a shot. The diamond pattern is more aggressive with a thicker kerf. I tested on a scrap piece first and It blew me away how well it cut. The rust was a complete non-issue.I cut another ~20 linear feet of granite and it had plenty of life left. Way better than the tile saw blade. Again, water was mandatory so I could see what I was doing and keep the mess and dust down.I found that the absolute best way to do this alone was to set my workpiece up on a slight angle, so that I was sawing “downhill” and make one very shallow pass with a hose pouring water onto the slab. Then for the next cut, I put the water stream into the kerf behind the saw and it flowed down to the cut to cool and lubricate. I made a total of three progressively deeper passes then the fourth pass finished the cut. I was left with a beautiful edge, ready for polishing.10/10 experience and fantastic value.I did not have any issues with the brass insert.

Perfect consumer-grade blade for small projects
While this is certainly no contractor grade blade, for a home user it can’t be beat for the price. I used it on a basic consumer grade Skilsaw to cut several sections of 3/4“ pool table slate and it sliced through them like butter. Already got my money’s worth in one day, and I suspect I’ll be able to get 5-10 more projects out of it before it’ll dull any. If you don’t need to cut tile or brick all day but just need a blade for small projects, don’t hesitate to get this.

    Worked better than expected
Bought this blade to cut joints in day old concrete. Used one blade for a 26’ long cut that was 1.5” deep. I did keep the blade wet the entire time. Made the cut in one pass. Worked great. Still has lots of life left.

    Great blade
Bought to finish up paver job. Blade cut pavers really nice and fast with DeWalt skill saw. I would recommend sprinkling with water to avoid lot of dust clouds but it can cut wet or dry.

Great blade, did the job. Blade rec’d not as pictured.
I needed a blade to trim a few pavers and a retaining wall cap for a patio I was finishing up. This blade was my solution, good price and I don’t need to rent any special equipment. I purchased to use with my circular saw. It arrive but was not the same item in the photo. The hole was diamond shaped and had a ring adapter in it. I was concerned as the other reviews said it won’t stay or won’t last. The back of the packaging did have a warning in size 3 font not to use with circular saw. Of course, I did what any man would do, ignored all these messages. It worked great! Made about 20 cuts with no issues. I used a hose and wet the paver I was about to cut to minimize dust. I also used a few extra pavers to surround the paver I was cutting to hold it in place. Great blade for the price! By the way, they sell diamond to round hole adopters on amazon.

Can be used with a skill saw to cut brick
I used this blade to cut a brick wall and it worked just fine with an old skill saw. Be sure to have someone with a sprayer mist the wall with water when you cut and wear an enclosed mask so you don’t inhale any brick or other dust.

    Cuts quartz like butter
Though not advertised as such, I found it to be very effective at cutting quartz countertop (not the natural quartz stone). I used it to cut a 3/4″ side splash to length. I taped the cut line to minimize tear-out and the cut was very clean. I cut slowly and without any water. The only problem was the cutting guide for my circular saw wasn’t great and because my saw dipped (angled) a little, the other side had some jagged areas that I needed to file down. The kerf is about 2.8mm and there are probably better and thinner blades for this purpose but this was a great price for a one time use

I used this blade in my mini grinder and cut cement fireplace stones. It is very light and easy to use, it did an excellent job. Lots of dust , but stood upwind so it was not bad. Definitely wearing a mask. You can also wet the stone to eliminate the dust. Also I am in the middle of a project and am cutting patio slabs, this blade is working great. It works so well I purchased a second blade to use on another project, although the first blade shows no sign of dulling.

Blade worked better than I expected. Reno’i g the basement needed to cut the concrete for plumbing… This cut the concrete with ease.. was able to a foot wide by 8ft. No issues… Obviously you have to let the blade cool down every so often.
