OEM quality piece!
Instructions are easy to follow and the fob works like a charm! Exactly what you would expect from a manufacturer’s produced piece.Worked with my 2010 Directed AM2 alarm.

Works great but…
So I bought this at the recommendation of my buddy (who works as a car mechanic) because it was the same car remote that I’ve been using for years. According to him, the alarm/car was too old and they didn’t sell it anywhere else around the city so it was nice to be able to buy this on Amazon at a reasonable price (generally rare stuff gets overpriced, etc). Anyway, the shipping was fine but the instructions made me raise an eyebrow. I don’t know much about cars and had no idea how to pair the remote to my car. Luckily for me, my buddy paired it up for me free of charge. Unless you’re willing to do some more research on programming this remote, you’re probably going to have to speak (and possibly pay) with someone to set this thing up for you. That being said, this remote is an excellent product. Been using it for over 10 years before it finally broke. And so far after buying my new one (about a six months ago) this thing is still working at 100%.

Work for my old viper alarm
I have an old viper alarm that is 15 years old. Everything still work but the remote starting to fall apart. Couldnt find a replacement remote anywhere since my model was so old. Glad i was able to get this one to work and can use my alarm again

You may have trouble programming it
I managed to lose both of the remotes that came with the after-market remote system I had installed in my 2009 Camry when I bought it (new). This looks exactly like them. The programming instructions, however, obviously werenât written by an English speaker. The short version: I had to pay an alarm specialist to program it for me. Fortunately it didnât cost me too much and now it works fine. YMMV.

Good fit and works good.
Exact match for my Ford Crown vic key fob, just took the guts out of the beat up original and put it in the new shell and used the new buttons as well.

These are a great replacement for lost or broken fobs! We have an automate car starter installed years ago. They were extremely easy to program once we found the transmitter. After a windshield replacement they didnât mount it to windshield and instead hid it away in the trim. Other than that, so easy and much cheaper than purchasing new fobs.

Excellent customer service and worked perfectly!
I have to give a big shout out to this company. We ordered a spare key fob for our daughter’s Toyota when we realized it only came with one (purchased pre-owned) and also had a remote starter. It was a little tricky getting the new key fob to sync with her car but the customer service was EXCELLENT. We were not on old for very long, got to speak to a real person and they walked us through connecting the device in just a few minutes. Can’t thank them enough for creating a great product and having the customer service team to back it up.

Works great!
My old FOB broke on the end where the keyring is attached. I was worried because I had the remote start installed sometime in 2010-2011, so I immediately thought I’d have to replace the whole system. Nope! I found this item, replaced the circuit board from my old FOB into this new one and it works great. I don’t write a bunch of reviews, but when it arrived 3 days earlier than expected, I’m beyond thrilled and wanted to share my experience. I’ll probably buy another as a spare since the other FOB is also from 2010-2011.
