Excellent product with fantastic customer service
Fantastic build quality and incredible customer service. I was a little hesitant to purchase due to the price vs others, but I really liked the fact that it had a safety shut-off, since it could potentially be charging multiple devices in a closed off space.Initially, I thought my device was faulty, as it was not registering as a “fast charger” on my phone. I reached out to the company and the owner actually called me personally. We talked it out and after testing on my phone and laptop, I realized it was actually fast charging with appropriate output. Product works as described.Phenomenal product and 5 star customer service. You absolutely get what you pay for and 100% will purchase again for our next project. Would absolutely recommend!

Great cabinet charger, just expensive
Install was easy. Works well. Only downside is price. I remember my purchase price was a bit lower than listed, not sure if thatâs a glitch or what. Wife really likes it and I figured the heat sensor was probably worth it to avoid major electricity risk.

Overpriced, but love it!
Don’t tell my husband the price I paid for this, but it is awesome! It has a very quiet, not noticeable fan that runs when something is plugged in. So there is no overheating. There are 4 USB, 2 plugs, and two type-c spots. Be sure to install the back of the arm when it is COLLAPSED/closed. My contractor installed it when it was wide open, and the drawer wouldn’t close. So I fixed it myself. Highly recommend if you’re looking to clear up the visible cluttered charging station on the counter!

Problem with return!
I have no problem with the product, it was just too big for my drawer. I returned it to Amazon, and because of it being a big ticket item per management, they were unable to help, I am unable to get a refund for 30 days. 12 days since Amazon received this. Holidays are coming. Beware of returning large ticket items at Amazon, unless you are ok with a 30 day wait.
