Why did you pick this product vs others?:I wanted this mandrel type bender instead of the coil spring type.Works well:This worked well on some 3/8 stainless steel beer line. It does put little kinks in the tube and requires some effort, but made the job easy.

Sturdy tool
Quite handy. Let me speak about the complaints on this item. I believe what people say is true, However, the problem was operator error. Been an electrical contractor for 30 years, bending conduit is something we can do in our sleep. This product is a tool to bend small pipe and tubing. It does just that superbly. Now bending anything with a bender it tricky, and certainly there is a limit to how stiff of a tube can be.I will not discount the complaints but I will say if you use this tool properly for what it was designed for, you will be pleased.

For bending brass tubing around corners and odd angles with it looking like a professional did it (no sloppy bend kink) this little tool is very handy to have around itâs a must have in many cases.

I used this to make some 3/8â fuel line. The line was aluminum so was very easy to bend. It does take a little patience to get the feel of how it works. Feels sturdy and would last for years Iâm sure on light duty stuff.
