Moisturizer for tropical weather
I am half way into my jar and I’m so glad I shifted to this moisturizer. Infact, I mostly use Elf skincare now. This moisturizer is perfect for tropical weather because it’s not greasy, very light on the skin and its absorbed beautifully. My makeup settles on my skin better. It keeps my face hydrated the entire day. I totally recommend this moisturizer because it’s affordable skincare that really works.

Very affordable, quite good lightweight moisturizer
I really like this! Iâve been trying to find more affordable alternatives for most of my skincare and makeup, so I ordered this to try out. It had good reviews and was priced fairly, so wanted to give it a shot. It works really well under makeup so Iâve used it as part of my daytime routine. Iâve got extremely dry skin, so this is not heavy enough for me for nighttime use. I use a much heavier product as night and then throw this on in the AM to use under any makeup I decide to wear. Iâve got no problems with it piling underneath my foundation. I wouldnât say it is completely scent free, but any scent it has it very light. I did not have any reactions to using it, but I donât have super sensitive skin. It is a good balance of being not too matte nor not too glossy or âglowyâ. I personally donât love the over-âglowyâ look, so this is a great pick for me. Itâs comfortable to wear and doesnât feel heavy on the face, which is ideal (Iâve been surprised to find how many lightweight moisturizers are still very noticeable feeling).

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This face cream has become my go-to morning moisturizer. It feels lightweight but still gives solid hydration, and the added SPF 30 is a huge plus. It blends in easilyâno white cast, no greasy finish, and it plays nicely under makeup.For the price, itâs hard to beat. My skin feels soft and protected, and I love that it doesnât have that strong sunscreen smell some SPF products do. If youâre looking for a budget-friendly daily moisturizer with sun protection, this oneâs a win.

Effective, non-greasy moisturiser
The e.l.f. moisturisers remains one of the better face moisturiser one the market at an affordable price. This says “light” on the box, but it moisturiser very well, and one of the ingredient helps to keep the skin nicely toned. It also doesn’t leave my skin feeling or looking greasy. I gave it 4 stars because the base of the container it’s in is hollowed out resulting in less cream being in the container than expected, however, I do highly recommend it.

Great basic moisturizer
This is a great value and a great dupe for neutrogena moisture surge. I love that it has sunscreen in it, but the smell is a bit overwhelming. I also wish it had more of a matte finish on my skin. I have combination skin which tends to be a little oily on my forehead, nose, and chin. This is a great summer moisturizer for me because I can have lighter hydration in the summer. However, when it gets colder and dryer I will probably go back to something thicker with longer lasting hydration such as Cetaphil. It seems to be similar in size to the Neutrogena one, at about half the cost. The smell, consistency, and hydration seem identical.

This face cream is a total gem! The e.l.f. Holy Hydration! moisturizer feels rich and silky without being heavy or greasy. Fragrance free?!?
So I purchased the fragrance free face cream and I LOVE the way it makes my skin feel! It is very moisturizing, it absorbs quickly and it is not at all sticky or heavy, itâs a 10 out of 10. However, there is a fragrance and not a good one, which is the only reason why I gave it 4 stars. Iâm not really sure how to describe it, the only word that comes to mind is stinky. Therefore, I will definitely purchase elf face cream again, and probably for the rest of my life, but not the fragrance free version.

Great SPF and moisturizer. I use this in place of my other moisturizer in the mornings for the SPF and I am pleasantly surprised. No breakouts or issues at all. Very happy with the quality and for the price, I will definitely be reordering.
