Title: Excellent Patio Heater!The East Oak Pyrol48000 is a great addition to our backyard. It puts out a lot of heat and looks fantastic. Setup was simple, and the build feels solid and durable. It heats a wide area and adds a nice touch of style to the patio. Definitely worth it for chilly nights outside!What I really like is how easy it is to useâjust push the ignition and it fires right up every time. The safety features give peace of mind, especially with kids around. Itâs been running smoothly and feels like itâs built to last.

It’s not as hot as a dome heater but much more impressive
I assembled and had a minor issue with a damaged screen mounting tab. It was quickly remedied by East OAK. They have amazing customer service and I cannot say enough about what a great company this is.The heater is a great backyard addition and impressive as the flame shoots up the tube. I’ve seen these at restaurants over the years and the price point now makes it very affordable.While I love using this I’ve learned it doesn’t supply the same heat output as the dome heaters do. The dome heater has a much larger element however this one is definitely a visual pleasure as well as providing heat.Great customer service in the rare event you need it.

Product is stunning to look at.
When the heater arrived it was packed perfectly. Directions were clear and made putting it together simple. Customer service is above and beyond what you would expect. I had the heater for two months, the wind came and it blew over and was damaged. I reached out to customer service and offered to buy replacement parts asked if that was an option. Even though the damage was in no way, the responsibility of the company that made the product they sent me replacement parts at no cost to me. The communication with me throughout the process has been very professional and timely. I would highly recommend buying from this company. The flame is stunning to view. It puts off good heat.

Excellent product and customer service
I purchased 2 of these outdoor standup heaters for an event at my home earlier this year. Unfortunately one of the glass tubes broke unexpectedly. I researched purchasing a new one though different vendors, however the size needed was unavailable. I then choose to reach out to East Oak Company to see if I could purchase a new glass tube from them directly.My contact (Celia) from East Oak Customer Support Team responded quickly and communicated that she would make arrangements for a new glass tube to be shipped free of charge including shipping. I was shocked by the swiftness in her response and the overall customer service experience.I definitely recommend this company and their product. And be the way there product functioned as expected keeping all our guests warm and comfortable on a chilly Texas evening.Thank you Celia and East Oak.

Wish it reflected heat more
Was very excited to receive this outdoor heater, looks absolutely beautiful outside. Iâm very sad and disappointed on how much heat (or lack of heat) the product gives off unless you are standing right next to it practically hugging the heater. I thought maybe if I let it run for a bit and heat up more it would get better and produce more heat, unfortunately that was not the case. I really wanted to love this product and purchase another one for the other side of the patio but it would be more for looking classy instead of producing heat for warmth. Iâm trying to figure out if maybe I can find a top part that is bigger to push the heat further but have been unsuccessful in that search at the moment.**EDIT**Iâve updated and given this 5 stars due to the customer service!! I can not express how helpful and caring they are. They reached out to me expressing their sorrow for my poor experience with the product and was willing to send me another version which was more heat producing. I have not yet assembled the new product yet, but just the fact that they care that much about their customers and their happiness is worth 5 stars totally!!
