These lights are great! Super easy to install. The app makes them really easy to adjust and customize. They look great and I’ve gotten tons of complements from the neighbors. They are the perfect size to have an even light radiant across the house. Functionally, they do everything you would want in custom lights and the ability to use your phone as a remote control is an awesome feature.

I did some heavy research into permanent outdoor lights varying from brands and different price points. These seemed to be the best for the price and after getting them and putting them up, I will never go back to traditional lights.They are very bright, colorful and I get compliments on them all the time! It was an easy set up, just clean the soffit, peel tape and hold, then screw in. They seem very sturdy and will last a long time!The app took a little getting use to but it wasnât hard to figure out! The color options, patterns and brightness settings make these lights top notch!These were completely worth the money and I donât regret the purchase one bit! I will be buying more in the future!

Great Lights
These house lights are fantastic. It took some time to get them up but once theyâre up thatâs it. And the lighting possibilities are endless. You can choose from preset lighting options or you can create your own. All the controls are at your fingertips once you set it up in your phone. I think they are worth the price but I was able to purchase at a discounted price during one of Amazonâs sales.

Amazing lights, but app is just ‘okay’
Excellent lights, super happy with the ease of install, and brightness, and general design. They add a few extra adhesives and screws, packaging is well thought out, and they look beautiful in practice. Fantastic barrel connectors between sections. Also short sections (5m I guess?) which are super convenient. Physically they are flawless.My only complaint is with the app, which is almost great. It’s a bit of an awkward UX, and allows for decent customization (You can create patterns, set brightness, disable specific bulbs, and set a few basic animations), but no ability to create designs similar to many of their presets. (for a simple example, I can’t make the lights alternate between all red & then all green — you could alternate every other bulb, but not switch back and forth between 2 uniform colors). Also, a color match (eyedropper tool) button would go a LONG way into making the app less frustrating (and maybe a simple default palette as well) Currently it’s only a RBG color map, and once you click on a different color, you have no way of selecting that color again (except getting extremely lucky) to add an additional bulb (if for example you try to reinstate a bulb that you had turned off).

I’ve had these up for a little over a month as of this review, and I’m very pleased. They were easy to install, although since I screwed in every light it did take a while. They look great with the default spacing, the app is easy to use and has tons of presets. I haven’t figured out everything the app will do, but the lights themselves are very bright and have excellent color. I love that three ‘white’ setting are all dimmable, I set it at about 40% and it provides significantly more illumination than my porch lights can. They also work flawlessly with my Eufy cameras- changing the color of the lights whenever a person is detected coming to the front door.

LOVE these lights. The different lighting options are perfect and they link up with my EUFY security cameras. I have the lights setup to flash Red during overnight hours when my cameras pickup motion around the house. Would DEFINITELY recommend.

Great solution to not putting up or taking down lights every year
I really like these lights. They are extremely easy to install. The adhesive is 3M which is the best but I still used the screws to attach as well so that the glue isn’t the only holding mechanism. They look great and are worth the money. They feel high quality and seem like they will last but one of my lights came apart during the installation. It looked like one of the plastic tabs broke and the light actually came out. I was able to put it back together with glue and it fixed it but it’s something to be aware of. They don’t look like traditional Christmas lights since they “downcast” their light on your siding instead of being on your gutter but they do look great. Just takes time to get used to. App control is easy to use and set up.
Oggy Reviews! –
Just installed and it went very smoothly. I used a 2×4 cut piece to maintain a constant 3.5â spacing from the wall. For the peak, I made sure to make the lights even on either side, with a light at the peak. The screw tab made this possible as the peak light didnât need to be securely fixed to the soffit. A rag with alcohol worked great for cleaning the area before placing. I went back after and pre drilled into the soffit before securing it with the screws. This wasnât necessary and the screws eventually cut through without pre-drilling too if you donât have access to a drill. Highly recommend an electric screwdriver for an even easier install. The integration with the cameras and the price definitely gave it an edge over competitors. The only limitation is only being able to do 150ft before having to start a new set on a different module, but that is plenty for most houses.Definitely looking forward to not having to go up on a ladder during holiday seasons for Christmas lights and the added bonus of having them be on for Halloween this year.I have always been impressed with the quality of eufy products and this is no exception!Update: after -30 deg C weather, and crazy amounts of snow, these have held up great! All the lights are still working and none have loosened from my soffits overtime. now that the holiday season is over, I have switched the lighting to just be accent lighting which looks great! I will say, my one complaint after months of use is the app can be a bit glitchy, and the AI generation is a bit gimmicky and is not as customizable as I would like (I have found specifying things like make lights 7, 14, and 31 change colour where the rest stay the same doesnt work). I am hopeful however that the app will be continually improved and eventually I’ll be able to use the Ai feature with more control, rather than setting lights manually.

Like how it incorporates with eufy cameras. Easy to install. Looks great as soffit lighting. Nice customization. I like the warm white the best. Havenât really found colours or patterns in the app that thrill me though. Another major competitor brand I think does better with that. My neighbour has them and they look more âChristmasyâ But I think mine look more all season. I have a custom pot lighting program set up. Even with all the lights on mine look more decorative than festive. Way cheaper than the quotes of $3-5000 for actual pot lighting. The 3m stickers didnât always work so it was nice to have the screw in mount. They do give extra stickers which helped a bit. Easy setup. No connection issues. Pleased. Would have liked to hide wiring better but for the most part itâs not that visible.
