The build quality and handle design stand out immediately. The lever has a solid heft to it–smooth and comfortable to grasp–and having lever hardware instead of a knob makes a difference when carrying groceries or juggling bags. It feels like a small upgrade that pays off every day.The most important feature for me is the ability to schedule it to lock at a certain time every night. Now I don’t lay in bed wondering if I remembered to lock the door; it just takes care of itself, and that peace of mind is huge. Fingerprint recognition isn’t flawless–it often works on the first try, but sometimes I have to try again–but it’s quick enough and reliable enough that I never think of it as a problem.Installation takes some patience, but the instructions are clear, and the process is very doable if you pay attention step by step. Once installed, the app setup is simple. I think of it as “set it and forget it”–I created the schedule, turned on notifications, and haven’t had to open the app again. Unlocking makes a quiet mechanical sound, and there’s a fairly loud beep by default that can be disabled (I turned it off right away).Durability has been excellent. My unit is fully exposed–no overhang, sitting in direct desert sun and rain for seven months–and it has never faltered. I’ve only had to replace the batteries once in that time, even with multiple entries and exits every day. The Wi-Fi connection has been rock solid as well; remote access has never failed me.I liked this lock so much that I purchased another one for my garage side door. It’s a product that combines comfort, reliability, and peace of mind in a way that makes it easy to recommend.

Safe, strong, and easy to install and use.
This is a great lock and normally a very good price on Amazon. Installs easily and setup is quick and intuitive. The fingerprint programming is just like on your iPhone; the reader quickly recognizes your fingerprint at various angles. The integration with the Alexa skill took a little to figure out, but that works fine. The app makes it easy to add users, assign temporary codes, and unlock on demand. Wish there were a one-click button in the app or a keypad code to keep the door unlocked, but instead, you have to disable autolock in the app, which is less intuitive. You can adjust the volume or turn off the entry bell, but I would love to be able to change the tone as well. Also, it would be nice to have any brand of RFID card work and not have to purchase their special one. The unit feels very rugged and secure. Overall a good buy.

High quality stuff
Exceeded my expectations. I spent a lot of time looking into biometric door handles, plenty of cheaper junk that others a willing to sell you. You know that this is quality when you remove the handles from the packaging, the weight lets you know you did the right thing. It was easier to install than I thought, really not much different than a regular know or handle. The quality ease and speed of locking and relocating is incredible. It has a quality look and finish to it. This is the perfect handle for your garage, front door, office door, or even interior door.
