Review date: March 2025.This item does EXACTLY what I want: it provides a useful “pop socket” type of phone holder / stand, but WITHOUT adding so much bulk to my iphone, plus it’s easily removable. I can securely attach my magsafe wallet to this stand.NOTE I don’t use magsafe charging with my phone, so I can’t comment on that aspect of the product.The only “critique” I can identify is that the cloth elastic strap is starting to look a little ragged after five months – but I think that is reasonable for an item that gets daily use. It’s why they included a spare strap in the box, and it’s why they sell reasonably-priced replacement straps.Highlights:Strong magnet, this stand attaches VERY securely to my spigen magsafe iphone caseSolid build quality, the hinge still feels as stiff as it did on day one

Magnetic grip with finger strap and kickstand
Recently got a new Pixel 10 phone that has magnetic charging ability built in for the first time, so I was looking for my standard “Lovehandle” strap to aid with holding the phone. (This isn’t that – but that’s a different story.)I found this and looked at it several times, after reading some other reviews I wasn’t sure if I wanted to order it but finally decided to give it a try and so far, I think this is my current favorite option.Pros of this item: This has a pretty strong magnet, so it sticks to the back of my magnetic phone case well and has a decent hold. If you don’t have a magnetic phone case or magnet backed phone, this mount also comes with an adhesive backed metal ring (it’s not a magnet, just metal) you can attach to your phone or your case. The smaller, inner ring holds the finger strap, and that inner ring spins around inside the larger outer ring so you can turn it to find the angle just right for holding your phone. Overall this grip is pretty light compared to some others I’ve tried. The outer ring has a hinge, it can be pulled out and used as a kickstand, which is a nice feature that I haven’t had on a phone or phone case for a long time. They also include a 2nd inner piece with a strap, as that will eventually wear out or get gross and you’ll want to replace that part.Cons: When holding the phone, the strap where you put your finger(s) through is a bit tight, I’ve only had this for about a day so I’m sure it’ll loosen up but initially it’s tight for just my pointer or middle finger. The other slight con is this mount isn’t magnetic on the outward side, so you can’t stick your phone onto a metal surface with this mount. This limitation doesn’t bother me, but it might bother you.I’m particular about my phone accessories and this one is a keeper.One other general comment – you can decide if this is a pro or con: at first I was happy I could leave this on my phone while charging on a magnetic charger overnight. But I noticed the phone and charger were pretty warm in the morning. After a few days I realized that just because you can, doesn’t mean you should; I started removing this at night while my phone is charging, now nothing is getting overheated and I don’t have to worry about burning down the house. For me this is totally fine, it’s what I was planning on so it’s not a problem.

Works really well and came with an extra elastic loop which was a bonus! I’m impressed with the stand which holds my phone in any position. I thought the phone would be too heavy but the stand has been built to manage this. I do take it off to charge as I was worried about the phone getting too hot. Really not an issue though as it’s easy to remove.

I’ve had this for exactly one month and the grip’s completely broken. The magnetic ring works well but is now useless to me without the grip! The grip seems to be held together only by some adhesive, probably not the best solution for longevity.

This is the second time I’ve bought this phone holder, and I’m just as happy with it as the first one. Yes, the rubber on the back can eventually break, but in my experience it lasts well over a year before that happens.It’s extremely comfortable to use and very practical. The metal part is especially useful for propping up the phone to take photos or hooking it securely wherever needed.Out of all the phone holders I’ve tried (and I’ve tried many), this is by far my favourite. I totally recommend it.
