Great Product!
After not driving for several weeks, my car (2019 Toyota Corolla XSE) needed a bit of a jump. This was the ticket! Not to mention, it was so easy to use — connected the clamps to the jump starter, hit the button on the starter, got behind the wheel, pushed the engine button, and, voila, car started instantly! Very useful if you work from home and forget to take your modern computerized car out for the weekly 20-minute drive to keep the battery fresh. And, unlike other jump starters, it didn’t have to be at 100% to work “safely”. The last time I charged it to 100% was when I bought it January 2023. When I needed to jump my car just a few weeks ago, May 13th, it was at 50%. I was impressed with how the starter mainted it’s charge. I did charge it some to 85% before I jumped, which took like an hour, maybe less, with the jump taking the starter down to 30% (I think my car battery was at 54%, if I’m recalling corretly). Recharging took a several hours, but it wasn’t an all night event compared to other starters I’ve owned in the past. Very solid build, in my book, not heavey at all — easy to handle, manage, and stoe. I like this thing a lot and would recommend it to anyone!

These have robust cables and very sturdy clamps. The case and accessories are top notch. The design and appearance are very nice. Super easy to use. Large power button. Large LCD display. Even the charger block is nice, and actually included. So many things that are USB powered skip including a power block, so a high quality block was a pleasant surprise.I have used it once to jumpstart my daughter’s car (Carolla) on a super cold night. It instantly gave strong cranking power, and started the car right up. The charge went from 100% to 90% from the jump.This is as nice of quality as you can find in a jumper pack, I promise. No cheap crap here. Buy without hesitation.

Excellent charger!!
Started up my dead car battery during a below zero cold snap. Started up my car on the first try. Stays charged for a long time after initial charging out of the box. Has included charging cord and adapter for the home. Light is super bright for emergencies in the dark. I just bought my second one for a family member. Carrying case is very sturdy and has a separate compartment for the car cables. Gives me total peace of mind knowing its got me covered in case of another dead battery. Highly recommended this for anyone. Very simple to operate too!

Change of Heart!
Unfortunately, I was a few that had a very bad experience with this product. Off the gates, it came defected, does not hold a charge and once the device is on the entire LCD screen blinks continuously (even the flash light doesn’t work). I am happy that many have enjoyed using this product, however, its sad for me that I can not reap the same benefits from this product. I will be staying far from this product and the entire FANTTIK company on a whole. For anyone reading this post, purchase with caution.UPDATE: After communicating with the Fanttik Direct Customer Service, who reached out to me after my post above; I must admit that they were extremely helpful and shipped a new unit to me at NO COST. So far, my replacement has worked great and have meet all my expectations. I am happy that the team was able to reach out and corrected their mistakes in a prompt manner while maintaining their professionalism throughout the entire process. I can surely recommend their products to anyone as I have also just purchased their air pump and it is just awesome and handy around my home.

Great roadside tool everyone should have
Bought this to replace a topvision jump starter that died after 5 years of semi-regular use. It has had no issue jump starting my 2005 outback with the 3.0 H6, even with the manual override mode for force it to jump a flat battery. Itâs easy to start a vehicle, even when you have to force it. It charged up fairly quickly and ships with a charge. I would give it 5 stars but the case is a bit bulky considering the size of the jump starter and cables.

Reliable tools with great customer support!
Picked up one of these for those just in case scenarios as being prepared is always a wise idea.The first one I received sadly was defective and would not charge at all.I contacted Fanttik about the issue and they were quick to reply and send out a replacement unit for me after running through some checks with me.The new one works perfectly!I am very happy with this company as I have bought other items from them and they all work well so far.

Buyer beware!
My unit stopped working after 6-7 months. Contacted Fanttik via phone and email, and they never responded. The unit failed to recharge all of a sudden (see pics, posted note has dates and percentages). The unit would not recharge pass 59% on several different attempts. I will not be purchasing with them and I encourage you to do the same. You have been warned.
