Can I use CarPlay/Bluetooth when driving?

Yes. Your phone cannot be connected to CarPlay and dash cam WiFi at the same time, but the camera records automatically after car starts, so you don’t need to keep WiFi connected to camera all the time.

Can I add a rear camera with front cam already?

No, because the PCB boards are different. You need to replace the whole set if different video res.
