EPDM Flashers are rated to service a continuous temperature range of -65 to +250 degrees Fahrenheit.
Flashers’ flexible rubber won’t crack and allows for expansion, contraction, and pipe vibration. The heavy rubber fold and aluminum ring at the base allows them to fit any roof pitch or metal profile.
Flashers require no special tools or complicated installation methods. The rubber cone is clearly marked with pipe dimensions, in both inches and millimeters, so it can be easily customized with tin snips or scissors.
Our Flashers product line holds a Certificate of Listing with IAPMO R&T. This shows our products are in compliance with the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) and International Plumbing Code (IPC).

So far So good…
This flange was easy to install. The entire process took me about 30 min.The aluminum ring is soft enough to mold it around the ridges in metal roofing panels and not to difficult to get metal roof screws through.There are a couple things to be prepared for however.First, you will require a good sealant for the bottom of this flange.Second, you will need to purchase appropriate roofing screws for your situation.Third, the rubber boot is a tight fit(as it should be) around the intended pipe size. It can be difficult to slide it over the pipe and down to the roof. A quick spritz on the pipe with a dish soap solution eases this part of the process. If you get any soap on the roof surface, be sure to clean it up before applying sealant and adhering the boot.Lastly, be shure and order one large enough to assure that the flange will be screwed into a solid surface around the extruding pipe.Im happy with the quality of the product and ease of installation.

These worked as described. They have multiple lips on the top so you can cut them in various places to fit different size pipes so there’s definitely a level of adjustability to them. The bottom is very pliable so you can hand fit it to curves and bumps but still keep it sealed and has a nice foam pad on the bottom. I bought 2 and have had no issues with them.
