The incredibly popular mouldline remover has been redesigned by the Citadel Tools team to be more useful than ever. This version of the Mouldline Remover includes a number of improved features:

– Longer and thinner nose, roughly half the size of the previous version, reaches every nook and cranny while increasing visibility and precision
– Ergonomic handle is tapered in the front, allowing you to change to a pencil-like control grip for fine work, with a chunky base to allow greater comfort and reduce hand fatigue during normal use
– Notched back designed to clean up the tapered edges of your bases, making it quick and easy to get a paint-ready finish

Games Workshop – Citadel Tools: Mouldline Remover
Scraping tool designed to remove evidence of the casting process before you paint your models
Narrow nose and ergonomic handle allow for nimble work and reduced hand fatigue
Notch in the back of the blade makes it simple to smooth base rims for a clean finish

    Not bad
Honestly when GW released the OG would line remover I thought it was the dumbest money grab. I used surgical scalpels and was happy enough with them. Then I used one at my flgs. I bought one soon after.A few weeks ago I couldn’t find mine and after hours of searching I gave up and grabbed this one. I don’t mind having a spare.I think this one’s narrower end is useful. It does the job and the handle is improved. None of my projects require the use of the angled portion but I appreciate the availability. I feel that if it’s paired with a decent hobby knife you’ll be in good shape. Decent value.Keep getting rid of those would lines. It’s the worst feeling in the world when you find one you missed!

Good but does not justify price.
Works well but the “blade” part is quite thick that makes it hard to get in tight or small areas. Been really excited to try this but I think I’ll stick to my exacto blade.

An excellent tool for mould lines
This is a lovely little tool, it fits nicely in your hand and the blade is ground with nice, sharp, smooth edges. I’ve only had occasion to use the flat top edge, but it produces lovely fine shavings and a nice smooth surface with no chatter. It’s very reminiscent of using a properly sharpened card scraper on wood.If you build plastic or resin models, you want this tool.

    Does what it’s supposed to
A lot of people write negative reviews on this thing but it does what it’s supposed to, if you know how to use it. Both this and an x-acto knife have different uses in my opinion. I do prefer this for the majority of my clean up on my pre-painted figures. Price could be less but that’s about my only complaint.
