Customers say

Customers find this controller to be better than Scuff and Elite, with excellent buttons including two extra ones above the triggers and programmable back buttons. Moreover, the texture of the grips and thumb sticks feels amazing, and customers appreciate its great customization options and value for money. However, functionality receives mixed feedback, with some saying everything works perfectly while others report issues, and stick drift is also a concern for some customers.

    Elite Controller Replacement
I went through 3 elite controllers, all of which had lb/rb bumper problems. The first one I wasn’t cautious with, the other 2 didn’t last more than a year without issues and I had taken apart and cleaned them. One controller had drift, and the other one had an A button lose its clickiness.I couldn’t justify paying such a big price tag for something needing constant repairs, I’ve had this controller for a month and I truly enjoy it more than the elite controller. The thumb stick tension isn’t too loose feeling which was my biggest concern. The buttons all almost feel like mouse clicks, everything feels much more responsive. It took a bit of getting use to since it has large buttons that feel like a mouse for the back, but it feels better with time. The downside is being wired for Xbox, but I’ve gotten use it and still prefer the functionality of this controller. At the 80$ price point and overall better feeling I won’t get any other brand of controller from here on.

    Best pro controller
I’m no stranger to pro controllers and have used over half a dozen in the last 10 years. I look for build quality, durability, comfort, battery life and additional bottom buttons are a must. When I heard the Gamesir G7 Pro had a 1000hz polling rate with TMR sticks and mouse click buttons I was very interested. The price tag is surprising given the number of $200+ controllers I’ve purchased in the past for the same features. On pc this controller is a major improvement over my elite series 2. The TMR sticks allow you to set stick dead zones to 0 with no stick drift. This makes the input incredibly responsive and perfect for a competitive edge when it matters. It’s taken a bit of time to get used to the additional bumper buttons rather than having 4 bottom buttons (think I still prefer 4 bottoms in most cases) but using the bumpers to swap weapons and reload feels intuitive. Controller is light weight and the triggers feel great. All materials are highly tactile and pleasing to use. Long battery life 10+ hour sessions without need to charge. I simply cannot believe the value of this controller and highly recommend! A wireless version is also coming to Xbox if you’re on console keep an eye out for it!

GameSir G7 Pro vs Scuf Valor Pro
Official Xbox licensed TMR, GameSir is really getting better past year they went from a cheap controller manufacturer in China to one of the Top Dogs! Scuf Valor Pro or GameSir G7 Pro will for me as far as official Xbox licensed controllers are tied for 1st. Scuf doesn’t have iCue for any controller but the Envision for PC. But it would be nice to tweak the Scuf Valor Pro with software but it basically is tuned and calibrated to perfection from Scuf. Although for some the sticks are only rectangular, and no option for circular. Jury is out which was is better, I’m saying there both great. G7 Pro has TMR sticks and actual great ones with no re centering spring, 12 bit 4096 resolution. Turtle Beach anti drift sticks are great, Scuf was late to the anti drift party, but there Hall effect sticks are some of the best, and they too acknowledge them as antidrift thumbsticks. Also GameSir has angreat app for PC and Xbox, and you can tweak pretty much everything. 272 grams. A perfect weight , valor pro is 260 and I don’t find that too light. Cyclone 2 other than not licensed for Xbox is really light at about 224 grams. Only thing negative about that controlller. Also Xbox is going to realease a Xbox licensed Tarantula. Same sticks as in Cyclone 2 and Tarntula Pro, the Tarantula with also have a PS4 stick layout is 325 grams, and it is a great weight. The G7 Pro is like I said tied with Scuf Valor Pro for official Xbox controllers, ironically both are wired. And at this point I’d rather play wired, even though the wireless tech out now gives you just as a great latency. Don’t hesitate, I pre ordered the black/red one from best buy yesterday and it says it comes out 8/22/25, while the white one was 8/15/25. After an hour I decided to cancel it, Amazon already had the controller as unavailable. So when I saw this morning you can order Same Day, I was glad I canceled my pre order. But for people who haven’t tried the Scuf Valor Pro, it’s 109.99 or 99.99 plus 10 dollars shipping on the Scuf website. I love the Nacon RXU , it’s heavy, omron face buttons, everything, but I’d rather get the Scuf and G7 Pro with 10 bucks saved. 200 dollar controllers at this point are a luxury, by no means do you need one to for esports. It’s so funny how I hated companies like GameSir, and never understood how the Scuf Instinct Pro was so expensive, but now I’m a Scuf fanboy, and GameSir really became famous for the G7 SE and G7 HE, for 44.99 and 49.99, gamers loved it. I bought the Kalied, and it was nice but felt cheap and was light. But Tarantula is when I knew they were the real deal, then Cyclone 2 and Super Nova. I also bought Iron Man G7 HE from wal mart, for some reason they have a lifetime stock. I still haven’t opened it, and prolly won’t. Collectors item. Scuf Instint Pro with anti drift would be great, or Scuf Instinct Pro . I’m telling you when the valor pro came out I laughed at it, and then one day Amazon had it for 89.99 and I picked the white one over black, they were out of steel grey. They re stocked and I bought a steel grey, almost was just gonna get the black one too, just because it’s all I use now. But G7 pro was obvious choice. Wolverine V3 Pro is great, and TE is also for 99.99 a great deal, but even the Pro I’d rather play with my Stealth Ultra or RXU, and of course Scuf Valor Pro. It’s 1A and 1A with G7 pro and Valor pro.

Top Tier Controller at Affordable Pricing
At this price you can’t beat this controller. This controller is simply better than Scuff and Elite. It is actually more affordable and makes more sense than building your own controller too. The sticks are amazing. Triggers and locks are the best I’ve used. Wireless on PC is low latency with no breakups or interference and I’m 12 foot away. It’s equal quality to a Wolverine and at the price can’t be beat. It’s perfect in my hands. This is going to force changes in the industry. It’s simply that good …

Coming from multiple elite series controllers and having to replace them every year or so due to button defect, rubber grips coming off and stick drift. I thought it was a good time to the hall effect sticks are a game changer, literally. The one to one sense is amazing. The overall comfort of the controller is great even after long gaming sessions. If you’re serious about your hobby get one of these.Stick drift was my main concern with previous controllers and having the piece of mind thay it won’t happen with this controller at a very good price point is just unbeatable
