Pleased with purchase
Was very skeptical of purchasing this relatively inexpensive laptop, but have nothing bad to say after a week of using it. Got it on a next day delivery. Set up was quick and flawless. Purchased this for astrophotograpy editing and it is performing flawlessly so far. Was also pleased it didnât arrive with a bunch of useless software installed I didnât have to uninstall (except for the usual Microsoft stuff). No regrets and a bargain.

Works perfect but has a few slight down sides
I got this laptop to play simple games with a possibility of slightly higher end games at a fairly good speed. And so far it works perfectly it has handled everything I have thrown at it so far. However it does get hot quite fast which hasn’t caused any downsides to its performance as far as I can tell. And it’s audio is pretty bad for 400 dollars but other than that it works great I would recommend it for a budget laptop.

I bought this laptop for my nephew and its awesome!!! The specs and performance are as listed which is crazy for such a low price! We’ve had it about a month now and the battery life great on it!!! We really have been enjoying playing games and getting his school work done on the same computer!! This Laptop is a must buy for anybody wanting to game or do other tasks! At this price point its unbeatable!!!

Definitely not for gaming.
Dropped to 1 stars after the manufacturer contacted me. They apologized and offered a full refund. Which at first I thought was that seems nice. Even though it was conveniently AFTER it was already in transit to Amazons return center. And as I returned it exactly as I received it even doing a full reset on it so I was already going to receive a refund. But when I replied Full refund hoping to expedite the process they ignored that and replied with a defense that felt like an attack on my competence. They told me that this was a laptop only for “light” gaming. Even though that is NOWHERE in the description for the item. I don’t know what the consider light gaming. But even Fallout 3(a game 17 years old and the one I played while checking the battery life) on medium settings has terrible and blurry graphics.Then they proceeded to tell me that the battery life issue was my fault because I wasn’t using it properly. Offering simple solutions that anyone who’s owned a laptop knows. Like not multitasking, lowering the brightness, not using peripherals and turning off the WiFi????? So to have battery life you can’t have WiFi? (face palm) But I’ll stick with the fact that playing 1 “light” game with nothing in the background the battery lasted less than 2 hours.Purchased this for light to mid gaming and game streaming. After reading the reviews saying it was a decent gaming and good game streamer. Had it out of the box for less than 24 hours before deciding to return it for a better laptop.As for gaming almost every game I tried most of which were older games the graphics were terrible. Even on the lowest settings. And we aren’t talking modern games. I’m talking games from 10-15 years ago. Yet even streaming 1 modern game Starfeild the graphics were worse than my 5 year old Laptop with an Intel Celeron 4500 and only 4 gigs of ram. And the battery is definitely not for any type of gaming. The one game I tried for an extended period of time the battery only lasted 1 hours and 54 minutes from 100% to 5%.Other than gaming the laptop runs decently for video streaming and surfing. It seems to be a good sturdy build quality with good hinges. The power cord is a little annoying being only 5 feet long. I had to purchase a 6 foot power strip just to allow it to reach up onto my desk. And with these specs it has it definitely should have done better.
