Do not buy – worst tech support ever
I liked this when I first got it, super easy to set up, but then I had a problem: Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge both have issues when I use this in Portrait mode, or Portrait (Flipped) mode. YouTube for example will ultimately display a page correctly but videos are upside down.Silly me decided to ask for help and this is what I got back from them:Hello,Sorry for the late reply.We have not encountered such a situation, but according to your description there is no problem with the computer. This is my second review for this PC. The first unit I received did not work correctly, pretty sure it had a PSU issue, Did not work most tries. The company reached out and sent a new one. I understand, things happen, not everything works correctly, but they took care of me, so it’s all good. They might not like me saying all this, but I only do honest, tell all, reviews. Think it’s what all reviews should be.I’ve reviewed quite a few mini PC’s and this is by far the best so far. Not only the highest quality build, but most importantly, high quality components. Most Mini PC’s are all plastic and kind of junky, but this unit has a metal body and it has some weight to it. It’s solid.Most importantly, they put high quality components inside the case. It has Kingston RAM and Kingston SSD. That is a quality brand and you can tell just by how this runs. While it sounds like a little thing, I like how this case has rubber feet with a screw, for opening the case. Other mini PC’s, you have to peel off these rubber pads and you’ll only be able to do that so often. They really thought this unit out and built it very well. Even down to the little things.Set up the usual windows set up. Although extra steps compared to a mini PC I just reviewed an hour ago. Quite a few extra steps actually. Not saying that is bad, actually think it’s good because it went through some things that should be included in the set up process, like a PIN.Even though it’s only 8GB, probably because it’s quality 8GB, this is a very snappy PC. Everything loads and runs pretty fast. Surprised me. You notice how fast is is by things like a brand new browser loads up a tab very fast, even when it’s the first time it’s load any webpage. Again, surprising. I really want to see how it does with more RAM. I tried adding an extra 8GB DDR4 stick, but not working. So you might need to get just the right ram to add on this one. I’ll need to research that one.They claim this runs 4K and it does seem to do that. I played some tube videos at 4k (2160) and it was real smooth. No buffering and very little stuttering, if any. Picture quality looks awesome.Sound is quality as well. Although, I wish mini PC companies would put the audio jack on the back of the PC, where most people are going to want it. So you don’t have wires running all over.Only has one standard HDMI, kind of a bummer to me, but many PC’s are moving to display port and USB-C. Of course this one has a mini display port.It has a SD card slot, and I am surprised it is not a Mirco SD, those are the only cards I have. I can of course use an adapter. And I guess, least this way you can do standard or micro. Just kind of seems like older tech.Overall, this is at the very top of my list for mini PC’s. Don’t see many that are quality all around from build to components. Some might say it’s pricey, but if you compare to the budget models, this is a bargain. Would gladly recommend!

Firstly I had an issue with a Mini PC recently received from Geekom, however Geekom delivered a new replacement which works as expected and is a great little PC.The communication was second to none and the replacement received next day with direct communication from the Customer Services Director, I am in awe at the level of customer care which I have frankly never received from any other company. Recommend 100%
