perfect fit
I recently replaced my Toyota’s thermostat with this one, and I couldn’t be happier. The fit was absolutely perfect, just like the original part. Factory product – affordable price
When it comes to quality engineering and perfect fit, go with OEM. Not worth skimping out on something so important to your engine cooling system.Be sure to order a new o-ring. as it is not provided with the thermostat.Remember antifreeze is poisonous to Dogs/Cats/Humans. Catch as much as you can and recycle it.

Seems to be a genuine OEM replacement
Make sure you buy the proper rubber/silicon gasket. This is the thermostat only, so you’ll need to buy the gasket.The original (to the car) OEM had the specs etched into the thermostat. This had them printed on…which seems odd. In any event, it appears to be OEM, and fits/works like it should.

Buyer beware
Broke after 2 months. Will not open unless fluid temp is over 200° F, verified with calibrated thermometer. Go to your local Toyota dealership – or auto parts store that actually has a warranty.
Looked identical to the Original one I pulled out. Nice to know its a Genuine OEM part.
