How many lights can be connected to one adapter and control box?
One adapter and one control box can connect up to 20 Y lights. If your design requires more than 20, you will need additional control boxes and adapters.
Are these cross compatible with other Govee products such as the Glide Hexagon H6061 or Hexagon Pro H6066?
Unfortunately, they are not cross compatible.
Does this product support group control?
Currently, this product does not support same model group control, but it can support other group control categories.
Do the Y lights work with DreamView?
It can be used as a sub-device for Movie DreamView and Music DreamView.
Do the Y lights support Razer Chroma control?

Excellent lighting
I bought these for my gaming area, and theyâve made an excellent addition. The colors are bright and vibrant, and the aluminum chassis gives them a more premium feel. I have other Govee products, so I already had the app. The Y lights paired effortlessly, and the app was seamless with the guided installation/calibration process. For the most partâ¦If you already have the app, make sure itâs updated before you begin installation and calibration. Mine had to update after the installation process, and it left my Y lights in limbo. I had to restart the calibration process so the app knew which light was where; this didnât work at all until I realized I have to ârebuildâ my configuration in the exact order I had done originally.Other than that, the app is decent with a range of pre-programmed settings and effects, and the lights themselves look great!

Great lights
These lights look so cool and have a very clean lighting pattern, they reflect off the wall nice and also illuminate the area in front of them well. The design is also cool. the tabs are a little thin and was worried one would break but they held strong and everything connected well.

Game room lights
I love accent lights of all kinds and these lights are by far my favorite. The Briteness and light settings are great to mess around with. You can set seasonal lights or make your own. The app functionality is easy to use and you can save your favorite settings. I have moved several times and the adhesive quality is great I have reused the same adhesive strips only having to replace a few. These lights give my game room the extra look to make it a truly fun room.

Most definitely worth it
This is the very first Govee product I have purchased. Because it exceeded my expectations, I ended up getting more of other Govee products. It is very well made, it is not too light nor too heavy and it doesn’t look cheap like plastic. At 100%, the brightness is more than enough to light up the entire room. I have had these lights for almost a year now, and they are still sticking to the wall with no signs of falling off. There are many different colors, modes, and scenes you could choose from. The app is user-friendly and it is easy to make your own custom color/mode. The connectivity is great, I can connect it to my phone and alexa with no issues. It looks so much better in person than in pictures/videos.

Illuminates the room really well
Edit: Iâve had these lights for over 4 months and so far, Iâve had no issues. Works as it should. The lights look amazing and it was easy to set up and connect with the Govee home app. The brightness of the lights are adjustable to your liking and there are many different types of color modes. You can also create your own, which is awesome! The price was a bit high, but definitely worth it. Overall great product. Highly recommend.

Govee Y Lights = Great!
I have a few Govee light products and I appreciate how they can all be controlled via the app. I just use Bluetooth even though thereâs more functionality via WiFi. I just want easy to turn on and use ambient lights that look great and work well. One app to rule them all, itâs easy to live with Govee lights.The Y lights are the best Govee product I have, which is saying something because theyâre all great. The Y lights are just a little more high end looking and the lighting effects are gorgeous. Definitely a âwhoa cool lightsâ reaction to them.Do you like ambient gaming lights that are customizable and awesome? Then these are great, get them, youâll be happy you did. Even the packaging is cool. 100% worth it when on sale. A little pricey at retail price. Iâm super stoked with these!

Awesome light patterns
Freaking awesome lights. I was having a hard time keeping them on the wall, I wanted them to be mounted on our wall panels but the 3M tape wasnât doing the job so I used a hot glue gun and now they will never come off lol.

Pretty Awesome
1 major issue and drives me nuts. The cost is WAY TOO much. 1 minor issue, the set comes with 7 Y lights and it’s cool, and you can string together 3 sets with 1 exception. You cannot use all 21 Y lights. You can only use 20…very odd.Now the awesome….the lights are super easy to put them together, bright, and the application is completely awesome. The various themes are really great. Just wished I can control ALL of my Govee lights, like my lamp with the Y lights.Other than the price, these are awesome and I highly recommend, if you can get it cheaper. I did and let me tell you…well worth it.

I’m really happy with this product. It’s a great addition to the other govee products I use.Setup and instructions are very good and recommend reviewing prior to install. I purchased on black Friday sale and was totally worth it. I’ll be on lookout for if they go on sale again.The only criticism I have is I wish there was an option to buy an additional 2-3 pieces though without having to buy a complete set.
