Better than I thought
Was easy to set up in the app and it works great. Very accurate locations. Battery good so far but havenât had it that long yet so we will see but as far as everything else itâs all been great. Great for the value and the magnet is awesome.

False Advertisement
I don’t usually write reviews, but raising awareness about some misleading advertising is essential. I bought two units on December 2 and activated one of them in February. Initially, the battery performance seemed okay, but it didn’t last nearly the advertised 90 days. I adjusted the settings to use the smart option to conserve power, but the battery only lasted four days on a full charge.I tried reaching out to customer service, but the phone number doesn’t work. The only way to get in touch is through WhatsApp, and that experience was entirely automated, with AI suggestions primarily pushing for a replacement unit. They claim to offer a lifetime warranty, but when I attempted to make a claim, the app informed me that the unit wasn’t eligible for warranty coverage.So, there you have itâyou end up with a defective unit, a year-long subscription that you paid for in advance, and no one to assist you. I contacted Amazon, and they kindly offered me a refund for the unit, but unfortunately, TRACKONE leaves you high and dry.

Very Easy to Setup-Great App!
Very pleased with the quality of the tracker and especially the app. App looks simple and is accurate. Much better app interface than the “brick” that I first used. Subscription price is good, but I don’t see a month to month rate offered.

Ease of use

Real time works battery last almost 2 weeks
I bought this to check on my partner Because previously he has told me heâs somewhere else and he was really not there so I lost his trust but this gps It tells me exactly where he is all day. Battery last almost 2 weeks easy to charge. The magnet is so strong. Just put it under the car and you have eyes on your partner or love one . Yes you have to pay but not too expensive I paid 34 for 3 month

I got this specific for my 16 yr old daughterâs car to for one to keep track of her or in case it was stolen.. for this specific reason the device must have a short in it because my daughter car was stolen yesterday and it was on a 10s plan but it hasnât moved for the location of her job where her car was stolen from.. plus now it says offline.. The company says they canât force is back on and the battery life on it is currently at 80%. I also have one on my son’s car and it is working as it should. So now we are praying for a miracle on a recovery!
