So far it works great. It is easy to install, even for someone like me who is not mechanically inclined. I like the reports; they are easy to read and accurate. The notifications are easy to read and not overwhelming . Installation was easy enough. Works as intended

Dificil de configurar y no es funcional en Centroamerica (NO TIENEN NADA DE COBERTURA GLOBAL)
No funcionan, vivo en Honduras. compre 2 unidades, una de ellas funciono solo 1 a 2 dÃas luego no volvió a funcionar, muestra conectada a satélite, pero nunca reporta movimiento del vehÃculo. El registro es un dolor de cabeza, el equipo o es contra el agua para nada, solo tiene una tapita plástica superior sin siquiera sello hermético.En mi plataforma luego de 1 mes sigo sin que estos equipos funcionen, no hay manera, Dicen que su cobertura es global, pero se limita a Mexico, USA y Canada, algo contradictorio.

Good tracking device but needs improvement
Product works pretty good and tracks vehicles.Does not have texting or messaging option. I would by extra wire and relocate the device in a better location then close to the battery. Only bad thing was it’s a bit of a hassle to setup and there is a delay 1-2 minute delay when the vehicle leaves the secured geofencing area. I did install a hidden kill switch so my vehicle doesn’t get stolen again I’d suggest you do the same.

Exactly what I needed and great support to help me make it perfect
I bought this with a 2 year subscription because it was very inexpensive that way. I was able to attach it easily. We downloaded the app and proceeded to set it up. You need to wait for information from them. It took a while so I sent a message through Amazon. They replied pretty quickly and then we received the email to finish set up. I was struggling with the rest of the set up, geofencing and notifications. I messaged the bot for instructions, and I received a link. It helped a lot but I still needed help. I ended up messaging with someone on WhatsApp. They were great. They helped me through everything. It is now doing what I needed. Let’s see how it goes. Those people who said they couldn’t get help may not have known how to contact them. And the people who complained about problems, I’m not sure if they tried to contact them at all. I would definitely suggest this to anyone. It looks like it has a lot more features that I don’t need.

Right function; easy connection plug & play ; easy registration and access to application no battery necessary it comes with its own sim card I received my notification on time it just a little off slightly but I don’t blame it on the device cuz it’s the same thing with my phone gps, it says 704 when the car parked near 706 not an issue for me cuz it pins me directly to the location also perfect size for u to hide it somewhere by the battery area ,behind the glove box or behind radio .. good accuracy I recommend this little gps service also cheap

NOT EASY TO SET UP SINCE SYSTEM CAN’T FIND ME ALTHOUGH I’VE HAD AN ACCOUNT FOR OVER A MONTH.
I bought 5 units to use on various vehicles. EXTREMELY difficult to setup. EVERY time I try to add a unit to my account “User Not Found.” or “Type of Device” info is needed but there is NO WHERE TO FIND TYPE OF DEVICE.**Customer service is ** EMAIL ONLY **I WOULD NOT BUY IT AGAIN.
