Absolutely Perfect!
I am very happy with my purchase! I am not a novice by any means. I have been lifting weights for most of my life. I’m over 50, and I’ve recently got an interest in increasing my strength in my hands. So I decided to give these a try. I have larger hands so I was worried these would be a little small, but they work out quite well. I would definitely recommend this set to anyone! I don’t honestly know how accurate they are in the ratings of weight but it does not matter 1 bit to me. They go from kind of easy, all the way up to impossible!!! I think this would also the a perfect gift idea!

From Casual Squeeze to Titan Grip: The Metal Gauntlet for Your Hands
I picked up the Grip Strength Trainer Set (50â300LB) thinking it would be a fun challenge for my forearmsâand it turned into a full-blown test of willpower and tendon grit. This isnât your average hand squeezer. Itâs a six-pack of metal monsters, each calibrated to a different resistance level: 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, and 300 pounds. That range means you can start with a warm-up and end with a personal reckoning. The build is solid aluminum, and it feels like gym equipment, not a toy. Each gripper has a knurled handle thatâs engraved for extra grip, so even sweaty palms wonât slip. Iâve used chalk, gloves, and bare handsâthese things hold firm. The resistance is real. At 100LB, youâre already feeling the burn. At 300LB, youâre basically arm-wrestling a hydraulic press. What I love is how modular the set feels. I keep the lower-resistance grippers at my desk for casual reps during work, and the heavier ones in my gym bag for serious training. Itâs not just for liftersâclimbers, musicians, gamers, and anyone recovering from wrist or hand injuries can benefit from the progressive load system. Iâve noticed improved grip endurance during deadlifts and better control during barbell rows. Even my handwriting feels more stable. The set also comes with grip tape for extra comfort, and the packaging is surprisingly compact for six heavy-duty tools. Whether youâre building crushing strength or just trying to open jars with dignity, this set delivers.

Effective and sturdy grip strength trainer
I recently purchased the grip strength trainer and have been blown away by its effectiveness. I have been using it for a few weeks now and can already feel a noticeable improvement in my grip strength. The build quality of the device is top-notch and feels very sturdy. It’s compact enough to take with me to the gym or use at home. The grip trainer has also helped me with my forearm and wrist strength, which has improved my overall lifting form and technique. The comfortable handles make it easy to grip the device, even during more intense training sessions.Overall, I would highly recommend this grip strength trainer to anyone looking to improve their grip strength, forearm and wrist strength, and overall lifting performance. It’s a high-quality product that delivers real results and is definitely worth the investment.

Its OK, great value for the money.
They seem well made. The knurling is mild, but sufficient. The open position is a bit wide for anyone with medium or short fingers, but should be manageable for most men, though it may be a bit of a hassle to get a good starting grip for many women. The jumps in closing force needed are not optimized, and I don’t think the weights are accurate. The Jump from Blue (150lbs) to Red (200lbs) seems larger than the jumps from 50 to 100 to 150. Even if you can do 30 or 40 good reps of the Blue, you might not be able to close the Red once. An intermediate weight would be preferable. I imagine very few people will ever close the Gold (300lbs), so it should be replaced with one at 175 to facilitate a smoother progression. But, that said, they serve their purpose pretty well, and are an excellent value for the money.

Good Quality Product
Feels high quality in your hand, works exactly how intended. Been using for two weeks and no problems so far. They are definitely way harder than i expected, i’m a 250lb bodybuilder and i cant get the 200lb grip for the life of me. The 300lb on the other hand wont even budge.

Good grip trainers
These are great at building your grip strength. The 50lbs steps can seem a bit steep but it ended up working good for me when advancing. Dont bother with the foam sleeves they are extremely difficult to get on and have a tendency to tear halfway on.

Awesome so far.
These grippers are all metal and feel surprisingly high quality. I got the 6 pack so that I can progress over time. They also come with these foam handle covers that prevent your skin from getting chewed up. I cycle through the 50-100-150 grippers and that’s a good workout so far. Nice pump in the forearms! The ones that are 200 and above are unexpectedly challenging. You have to be freakishly strong to do the 300. That one I push from both sides to do an isometric chest contraction with. Nice pump in the chest! This is a challenging set that is worth the money. I recommend getting the whole set instead of trying to buy them piece by piece. This way you don’t have to figure out where you strength is- just get the set and you can start at the appropriate resistance.
