Great chair but even better customer service and care!
I absolutely love this chair. Have had it for almost a year now and have used it daily for work and play. It is very comfortable and looks amazing. The value is fantastic, quality is great, size is perfect for me(average male – 5’9″ – 165lbs) and it’s very stable on the 5 wheel base.The only issue I have had is with the armrests wearing out and cracking. However, they offer a full 1 year warranty and are absolutely fantastic about taking care of their customers. They have replaced both armrests for me and my chair is basically brand new again. Highly recommend not only this chair but also this company! Thank you!

Great Desk Chair
Great Chair … I am not a gamer – but I am at my office desk working on a laptop for 8-10 hours a day… chair seems to be holding up solid after a few weeks. Was easy to assemble and I really like the lumbar pillow (it vibrates when plugged into a USB port) and the head/neck pillow. The support / comfort points are in the right spots. (I am only 5′-7″ and 180 lbs.) It is a heavy chair and rolls nice – big plastic heavy duty casters snapped into a metal tubular frame. I am confident in this chair. (Confident it’s not going to fall over when reclined nor will it collapse unexpectedly when upright. Height adjustable via hydraulic lift/piston works smoothly. Very good desk chair for the price point.

Good gamechair for the money
Alright, so here is my initial review thus far.Took roughly 1 hrs 20 minutes from unboxing to assembly. All pieces (screws and tools) are included. There are even extra screws in case some are missing.Components seem to be sturdy/hefty and decent quality.There was a weird stain on the chair, but it’s cosmetic and not a huge issue. Plus, it’s hidden by the lumbar support.Assembly guide is very detailed. Look over before assembly.This can be assembled with one person, but 2 people could speed things up.The hardest part of the assembly was connecting the back to the base, and the arm rests. This is where having 2 people can be handy.As reviews stated, the arm rests have to be perfectly aligned. Otherwise, the arm rests will wobble.Additionally, I did have a screw that did not want to fully go in when working on the arm rests. I had to switch it out with a different screw and placed the old screw it in a separate hole for the process, and it went in just fine.After assembly was finished, I tried it out and can say the chair is quite comfy. Reclines easily, and if you don’t want it to recline, you can lock it into place.Overall, it’s a good budget gaming chair.

Great quality chair for the price
Quality 5/5I am a very picky person so I took a couple months looking at all types of chairs, but this one is absolute gold in my opinion. For the price, this chair is amazing. Iâm a big guy, 260 pounds, and I fit perfectly and itâs comfortable. The cushions are very firm, which I appreciate. Putting it together was simple and straightforward. I have lower back pain and I work from home and my back does not hurt at all after an 8 hour shift in this chair. The swivel is smooth. Looks sharp, I got the white on black version. Again, Iâm a big guy and the chair is very sturdy no worry if Iâm going to break it and itâs light even in the box upon delivery.Customer support 5/5My head rest zipper did break after two weeks, I contacted the seller and they immediately replaced it, so great customer service.Critique: my only critique is the massaging lumbar support. I wish this pad was slightly thicker and the massaging is more just a vibration so I donât really use it, but I also didnât buy this chair for that reason so this isnât affecting my overall opinion and review just wanted to say it for prospective buyers.

Very study chair. Comfortable seating, can feel a bit firm at first. Massage for lumbar, perfect for long periods of sitting. Adjustable recline and built in foot-rest. Instructions were easy to follow.

I have had this chair for 9 months now. It is really comfortable for long hoursâwhether Iâm working from home or gaming. The lumbar and headrest actually help, and the footrest is a nice bonus.The size is perfectânot too big or too smallâeven for a bigger person. The tilt and recline features are excellent; it leans back far enough that I could nap in it without issue. It feels very sturdy too, nothing cheap or wobbly about it. I went with the white and black option, it’s sharp and the colors look great in my gaming office.I did run into a couple of small issues recently, (backrest connection, then later the armrest fabric tearingâprobably just from daily use or possibly from an imperfect setup on my end). I emailed the company both times, they advised it was still under a 1 year warranty and they instantly sent me replacement parts through UPS, free of charge. Shipping was quick tooâeach part arrived within about a week. I never waited more than half a day for a reply, even with the time difference.Now the chair feels brand new again, and honestly the customer service alone sold me on this brand. Great product, affordable price, sturdy build, and people who actually stand behind what they sell. Highly recommend.

Montaggio semplice e istruzioni chiare.
