Customers say
Customers find the coffee maker visually appealing and appreciate its quality, with one noting it looks like an expensive appliance. They love the color options and find it simple to use. The functionality receives mixed reviews – while some say it functions well, others report it stops working suddenly. Moreover, the drip rate is problematic as it drips all over and leaks from the bottom, and the temperature control is also mixed, with some saying the coffee is hot enough while others find it not warm enough.

Great coffee
Great coffee marker. Elegant and looks amazing in the kitchen. Works well. It comes with its own filter which is a plus, and you can select to get a regular brew or a stronger one and coffee taste and smells delicious. It has a capacity to make 10 cups daily. Great value for the money and easy to use

Beautiful pot all the way around.
I am overwhelmed and in love with this coffee. It is far better in every way over the Bunn pots I have used for years. So easy to set up, beautiful to use and look at. Coffee good and fast to brew. I discovered that a number 2 filter fits the drip screen perfectly. Coffee tastes good, smells wonderful and a great pot of coffee to wake up to in the morning.

I love this!
I wanted to love this coffee maker and I do. It is adorable on my counter, makes delicious coffee and greets me in the morning with a fresh pot. Iâve had it a few days and all of the features work well. I use it with a paper, cone filter which makes it easy to grab the used grounds and add them to my garden composter. I liked the look of it so much I ordered the toaster to match in the putty color.

Plastic Smell Doesnât Go Away, Touchy and Grounds Everywhere
I saw this which y coffee maker with the copper trim and loved the clean look and simple design. But as soon as we got it out of the box, there were problems. It says to run the coffee maker with water through several times and it was immediately apparent why. The steam coming from the maker smelled like strong plastic. We did this process 6 times before making our first pot. Our first pot leaked and spurted all over the counter and floor. We figured it out, the coffee filter holder insert was slightly misaligned, so the coffee was dropping on the ball of the pot and splashing up. So not simple to use. We adjusted it, but the coffee had a film on it and smell and tasted off. So we through it away. We ran water through the pot 3 more times, so a total of 10 times before using. The first pottasted off, but we thought it might be the coffee. So we made some freshly ground coffee, and still the same. This morning, we made coffee, nothing obviously broken after owning it for less than two weeks, and grounds and coffee everywhere. Itâs not worth the money. The capacity is fine, if you donât mind it on the counter and floor as well.

Hopeful the smell will go away because it works and looks great
Weâve ran the machine with just water over a dozen times and even with vinegar sometimes and itâs still giving off a plastic smell. Thankfully the taste of it is gone, but it does make me a bit concerned the smell is still present, even when ran with coffee. Otherwise it works as expected and looks great, and is very intuitive to run.

Love this Coffee Maker
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love this coffee maker! Its the first coffee maker where the carafe exactly measures the cups to the machine. And the spot is great so its easy to pour without the drips like Cuisinart and Mr. Coffee machines. And, the coffee maker is beautiful and compact yet makes a delicious cup of coffee. I highly recommend.

I love this coffeemaker! It looks really nice, cool blue design, functional and easy to use. The coffee it makes is strong and delicious! I didn’t realise what I was missing with my old coffeemaker. I can never go back now!Cannot recommend this enough – make the purchase, it’s worth every penny.

I originally purchased the black and copper one as my husband thought the white one would get stained over time. However, when I received the black one I just knew it wasn’t my vibe. I’ll be getting the GE cafe series oven and fridge and the white/copper will match that perfectly. They had great customer service and allowed me to send the other item back for an exchange at not cost to me. Now I have the white/copper one and it is a work of art sitting on my countertop. It also works really well – very fast. I will just have to wipe it down regularly so it doesn’t stain.

Lasted less than two years, despite proper cleaning and maintenance. Looks nice but itâs a 3 dressed up as a 9.

We chose to give this coffee pot a try after our beloved coffeemaker of over 20 years gave up the ghost – particularly the start/program button. Anyhow, on our search we were hoping to find a white coffee maker which is very difficult, to fit in with our white decor in the kitchen. This is more of an ivory colour (as stated in the description). That wasn’t all. We were happy it did not beep – but the cord to the wall was black, not white like the rest of the machine. Also, the a.m./p.m. option was odd. There was no AM or PM showing – just the clock display for am, then in the pm a small white dot would show up. We were very used to the regular AM/PM like you would see on any device, particularly one that you want to program. That was the deal breaker for us. It also didn’t look as modern as the rest of our appliances (yes, it has a retro look, so if that’s your thing), and well, we opted for a different brand and we love the choice we made. The coffee in the Haden was okay, the coffee in the pot we actually prefer and bought was GREAT! and the beep when the coffee is done is not a big deal for us. I think it just came down to personal preference. The Haden coffee maker simply wasn’t for us. For others it could be their own little bit of heaven.

This is the most beautiful coffee pot- to look at. I love all things retro blue like this. I have many kitchen items that color. This coffee pot however Iâve now had for a year and a half and I would not recommend if you want something that lasts. It doesnât hold up like the old coffee pots. I have to clean it often and still it takes half an hour to brew 6 cups. Itâs ridiculous. The amount of water loss to steam is nuts too. We have to put about a cup over what we want so we get the right amount. I wish it was beautiful and functional but I canât say that. I also use filtered water in it and no change compared to the house water. I do love its large pot capacity as well.
