User Friendly, Twin Water Tanks, Attractive
I enjoyed my 1st Hamilton Beach Flex Brew so much that when the time came to replace it. It just had to be with a newer model.This model is a great upgrade.The single serve water tank was larger so you could fill your coffee cup or portable coffee mug then pour into the tank. The single serve coffee ground container was better streamlined for better flavor. The cleaning of the single serve brewing is more simplified and quick. Having a higher and removable shelf with storage for a coffee cup is now just great, My 20 ounce coffee cups fits beautifully under the single serve brewing spout, no splashing of coffee.There are only two suggestions I would pass on to Hamilton Beach.The single serve water tank holds only 14 ounces of water. I would suggest having the capacity over 20 ounces. With this water tank increased to 20 ounces plus this would better accommodate all sizes of coffee cups in home and portable.This coffee brewer will be an awesome addition to your kitchen and your family.

Blinding display
We bought this coffee maker to replace our last one that lasted about 7 years. We liked it so much that we wanted the exact coffee maker. Well this is the “newer” version. I am not impressed. It makes great coffee, pretty fast, but some of the features are not better. The blue backlit screen is sooooo bright that first thing in the morning it is blinding. I have to put my hand over the display to make coffee or I can’t see. The coffee basket is hard to get ahold of to empty the grounds out also. It does make great coffee though. I Should have found the exact model and bought it.

I love this coffee pot. I can make a pot or I can make one cup. Itâs good looking sitting on my counter and directions are easy to follow.

Good selection of coffee strength and size
1st one arrived broken coffee pot in many pieces. . no protection around it. $ refunded. Reordered and second 1 came same problem. no protection around coffee pot. but not broken. Took 3 wks to get new. one. Coffee maker is nice for single or pot of coffee but coffee pot is not protected in box u take a chance when it arrives. If. in 1 piece
